This was my second time staying with Escalante Outfitters. Spent a night in the Lost Cabin, which has the warmth of home (the bed was heaven), all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, a great front porch to enjoy the views, plus the grounds were quiet. The restaurant was busy for dinner, but even with the number of people, the staff always made sure I was taken care of, plus gave great recommendations on local beer and the food is always spectacular. Plus, as a traveler I always seem to leave something behind during my trip, which I did with Escalante Outfitters. I called them a few days later, they had my personal item and shipped it back to me. I can't recommend them enough if you're ever in Escalante! What more can you ask for good people, comfortable cabins, great views, tasty food and exciting outdoor adventures.

We enjoyed a pleasant lunch at this restaurant/outdoor gear shop. The pizza was delicious with a crispy crust. The micro brewery beer on tap was very good. Couldn't resist sharing a caramel pumpkin cake.

Actually grabbed a light dinner here last night and came back for lunch today. We both had salads which were beautifully plated…thought about taking a picture too late. Portions were more than generous and definitely could have split one. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful giving us tips on where to boondock last night. I’ve never left a review but but I highly recommend stopping here. I’m sure we’ll be back at once more before we leave the area.

They had decent gluten-free pizza!

Amazing stop on our drive from Zion to Capitol Reef! We fueled up with delicious pizza and a blt. Coffees to-go. Everything was absolutely great, the staff was so helpful and friendly. The kids played outside while we waited for our food with the hackie sacks we got them at the shop. We also stocked up on wine from their little liquor store. This place is a MUST if you’re in the area!

We stopped here for a quick lunch in the middle of a road trip not expecting much, but the pizza was low key the best pizza I’ve ever had, and arugula salad was also super good! Service was really welcoming and friendly as well!

We stayed in the lost cabin which was very comfortable and clean. The view from the front porch was nice although there were some homes and telephone poles in the foreground. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had one dinner at the restaurant and it was very good. Not really sure how the other smaller cabins were but ours was fantastic! Would highly recommend staying with Escalante outfitters on your next day.

The campground and cabins looked nice, but we didn't stay there. But we did eat there. WOW IT WAS GOOD! Probably the best pizza I've had in the states. It smelt and looked so good I ate before I remembered to take a picture. They offer other things as well. Sandwiches and salads etc. The other menu items I saw looked really good as well. We will definitely be stopping in when we come back.

Great place to stock up on some last minute. Need before heading out into the wilderness. It's also a great place to head to after your trip into the wilderness for your first real meal and some beers. They also have a great selection of books for purchase.

Pizza looked, smelled, and tasted amazing. It was super fast. But both myself and my eating companion got food poisoning from the pizza! So sad!
