First I would like to say the food was very good. I am only giving 3 stars based on our experience after placing our order. We waited 30 min and noticed other people that came in after us getting their orders. We inquired about our order and found out it was never sent to the kitchen and that it would be another 30 min before we would get our food since they had other orders ahead of us now. They offered to refund us half the amount back for the inconvenience but we decided if it was going to take another 30 min that we would prefer to get a full refund and go somewhere else. At that point they told us they would have it out in 10 min, and they did.

We stopped here for a coffee and pastries and had the best cinnamon roll we ever had!

Very friendly staff and nice place to hang out or work in the computer. The wifi works well.
Also Ian (I think that's his name), at the outdoor shop front desk, was very helpful to us and gave us very nice advice for our adventures ! Super nice meeting him !
The pizza is just INCREDIBLE !!! The best from our trip and from a looong time ago ! (We are From France we love good cuisine ;) ) seriously it’s sooooo delicious ! Can’t get enough !
We took half Big Horn and half Chop Rock
Thanks !

As an Italian the food here was amazing, and at a very good price.

Maybe it was just a couple employees having a rough day or that we are younger, but they weren’t welcoming and no respect was shown. We got pizza and while the crust was good, your pizza shouldn’t be wet and sliding off the crust. $15 for a 10-inch wet pizza. I’d recommend Circle D Eatery for great food/drinks and leave this place alone. And if you’re interested in gear, hit up the place across the street, Linda was amazing!!

Stayed 2 nights in the "Lost" cabin while hiking in Escalante. First, it was nice having a private shower/ bathroom along with the simple amenities. Second, the front porch view is beautiful, it privately faces away from the main campground (a plus) & has comfy seats. Third, you must get pizza from Escalante Outfitters! Had the Kings Mesa & Devil's garden ..... both were very good along with a nice lager beer. Wish I could've stayed longer & explored more of the area.

Boondocking so we stopped in and paid $5.65 for a hot Shower, a nice lunch (I had a great hot chicken sandwich) for around $13 + tip per person, and some nice seating indoor and outdoor. Friendly and helpful staff on the phone, in the store/front desk, and on the cafe side. Kitchen did a good job with a lunch rush.

We ordered 2 pizzas; both were fresh with tons of toppings. Super tasty! Staff was super friendly. Highly recommended.

As someone from the big city, I try not to expect the same kind of food or service as I get at home. The service was not polished or heavily trained to maximize efficiency, and that was part of the charm. They took time to talk to you and time slows down here. What was surprising is that the food was excellent. We ended up eating 3 times here in the 2 days we were in Escalante. Also to my surprise the coffee was not only excellent, but ended up being from one of my favorite roasters in Utah. Keep doing what you’re doing, can’t wait to go back.
