So happy my wife and I found this place Absolutely the best coffee.

I currently live in Louisiana and make it a point to stop by whenever I am anywhere near the Tyler area. That's how good it is. I personally worked with the owner years ago and it is so refreshing to see a quality storefront that values food inclusivity and delicious beverages. Crema is a must-try!

On suggestion from a friend I stopped by at 9 am to have a coffee and pastry. Before I finished ordering I could see that this looks exactly like the previous tea shop that was there with only some menu and cosmetic changes; likely the same owner.

I ordered a latte and muffin. The latte was good and the serving generous. The muffin was not fresh and had that soggy, just out of the refrigerator texture. The seating area was not very clean and there was not a convenient way to dispose of trash.

I was not impressed and will not return because it is nothing special. The actual coffee is only part of a coffee house experience and this place lacks character and a sense of quality.

Staff was friendly, wait was long, and coffee wasn’t great. We got an iced latte, a cold foam cold brew, and two frozen drinks and none were great. It was sad because we were so excited to try this place!

everyone that works here is so sweet and amazing, they treat you like a warm friend and actually seem to care 🥺 i got the brown sugar cold foam thai tea and it was absolutely delicious, i plan on coming here a lot more in the future!

Love it here. Their coffee is great, they offer gluten free and dairy free options for food (and coffee), and the staff and owners are lovely. Best coffee shop in Tyler.

I absolutely adore this place! La Crema makes AMAZING drinks (my favorite is the Irish de leche). All of the employees are kind and efficient. I've never had even an average experience here, always exceptional! I strongly reccomend everyone try this shop, you won't regret it!

I am rating coffee shops by value, taste of coffee and atmosphere. This is a smaller coffee shop just behind Fresh. When I say smaller it has not had seating on 2 of my visits. On my 4th visit they decided to start charging for 1/2 and 1/2. The coffee is sourced from Coffee City and it is a normal single origin coffee, so taste of coffee is good. Price is 2-3 based on size. Boards and Bites has same coffee, more room and more eating options. Therefore for local shops I am not adding this to recommended shops.

Great coffee and food!! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it takes soooo long to get your coffee through the drive-thru. Also, might I suggest longer straws for your large drinks. The regular straws aren’t long enough and get lost. Over-all great place for coffee and treats!!

This is the third time I've been here and went through the drive through. Total disaster everything! You will wait 15-25 min for a coffee if your 3 cars back. I waited 33 minutes today....Go inside, it is obvious they prioritize them because they go in after you and you watch them walk out.

Really need to run analytics to speed up the process. Drinks are good, just terrible service as far as efficiency.
