Big Shot Coffee House

In town for just a bit and swung by around 3:30pm on a Saturday. Quick and friendly service from Mattie in the drive through! I decided to take her recommendation for iced white mocha with lavender and so glad I did! Yum! Never had something other than standard flavors. :) Five stars from me!

Very cute coffee shop. My mom and I were visiting from out of town and almost went to Starbucks but passed this place and decided to stop. The girl who was working yesterday was super helpful. She was very patient with all of our questions. I didn’t catch her name but she said she was from Ohio so I’m sure the owners know who she is. She needs a raise! 😁 definitely will stop again if I’m ever in Tyler !

We stopped by for coffee on our trip to Arkansas. Coffee was excellent and customer service was so friendly! Our dogs Duke and Boomer said they have the BEST pup cups!!! The white chocolate Java shake is a must to try!

This is the way coffee houses are supposed to be -a friendly, folksy place that hosts live bands and poetry readings. Just a comfortable, slightly campy spot where one can savor a really great cup of coffee or tea while catching up on your email. They even have a small cigar collection.

This place is incredible! The ladies that run it are amazing and provide the best, friendliest service! The definitely know their coffee!! The coffee tasted amazing. I got a vanilla oatmilk martini espresso and it was heavenly! My sister got carmel oatmilk latte and it was also amazing!! I love that they use coffee beans from Coffee City USA! So by buying coffee from this small business, you are also supporting another small, local business. The owner worked at Starbucks as a barista for several years and then was a coffee roaster at Coffee City USA for many years. She then left to start this coffee shop at the benefit of all of us. So thankful to finally have a good local coffee shop! Definitely a 5 star shop, and highly recommend!!

This was my first visit to Big Shot Coffee House. It will not be my last! Drive thru only. Fantastic service and delicious coffee! I got the iced caramel macchiato. Great price too

Omg! Y’all gotta try this ice cream coffee! It’s absolutely the best hands down! I like drinking coffee, but takes me forever to finish 🥴❤️ Now this ice cream coffee I slurp it down it one swallowed 🤪❤️ Soooooo good! The flavor of the coffee is on point, and ice cream is made there! Customer service is excellent, quick, friendly! Nice and clean 💪🏽❤️

We stop by and had a nice cappuccino and mocha. Very fast efficient and friendly. If you are tired of big expensive coffee give this place a try you will like it! Well worth it

First time here but I was impressed with two things

The big smiles and friendly attitudes of the two baristas

And the charming location both interior and exterior. I would come back here routinely.

Returned to this great little coffee shop on August 7.

Another very nice experience! The Under Tow and the Matcha Latte were superb. The Matcha Latte is unsweet, which I really liked.

Baristas were again friendly, energetic and eager to inform you of their offerings.
