Big Shot Coffee House

Big Shot is our new favorite coffee spot. On the recommendation of a friend, we started going recently and have enjoyed the delicious fresh coffee as well as the warm and friendly staff. If you are a coffee enthusiast, you won’t be disappointed.

I think this place has the best coffee in Tyler. Staff was very friendly and the atmosphere is nice. Food items are limited but good. I highly recommended!

First time visiting Big Shot ☕ My husband and I ordered from a very kind and informative Barrista 🌻 The Chai Latte and Matcha were 10/10 🤌 The Chorrizo and egg biscuit 😋 was Fantastic! Blue berry Muffin 🧁 was warm and delicious! 👏 Thank you for your hardwork 💜

Friendly service that goes the extra mile. In the drive thru, the barista offered to have me taste the coffee I had just been served before driving away to make sure it was satisfactory. It’s refreshing to see the extra thought and care go into the customer experience like that.

Absolutely amazing service, talking and helping every customer even when they were packed. I work near them and ordered and had to get back to work and the owner personally ran me my Latte. The environment indoor and out door is great. Im glad to have a Nice coffee shop this close to home ❤🙏

Small space inside, but perfect for a small meeting, reading, or working alone. All around a great experience. There’s a drive thru as well, which the coffee is well worth it!

I’m a huge supporter of small businesses and have been looking for a local coffee shop rather than a chain and my search has FINALLY ended!! Their menu is quite original, their staff is really friendly, and best of all their coffee is REALLY good! If you’re looking for a local and friendly coffee shop with some AMAZING coffee then hit up BIG SHOT COFFEE HOUSE!!!

Incredible customer service! I called to place an order for pick up, and the owner kindly let me know that their credit card machines were temporarily down. So she offered me my drink for free for the inconvenience! I haven’t even had the coffee yet and I already love it there! Can’t wait to get my drink!!

Good mom and pop coffee place. I thought this place was as good as Starbucks. I got the vanilla latte. It tased great, and their was not a long wait. I will definitely go back.

This little coffee house is fantastic!! The lady that owns is super friendly & helpful... and her soft serve is so yummy!! Well... everything I’ve had so far is great. So thankful for this little jewel.
