I loveeeee this place!! Such cute interior with delicious options, especially the fraps! A few things I wish they did is update their drive thru menu especially for baked goods and seasonal drinks, I love trying the new arrivals. Also, some days they're out of my favorite baked goods, such as the coffee cake :( but overall a fun place with sweet staff!!

The coffee we ordered was suppose to b cold vanilla Lata.. An it tasted like straight water watered dwn hot coffee poured over icee

I tried this place for the first time today and I AM OBSESSED!! The coffee is some of the best coffee i’ve ever had, you can tell that they care more about quality than quantity, unlike starbucks. And the customer service was amazing, the girl at the window shines so bright and had such a contagious smile! This will be my new go-to!!

Excellent spot for big city-worthy coffee in little ole Tyler! The Sunflower Latte is an absolute dream! Fast service in the drive-thru when you need a quick fix. Highly recommend!

Pretty good coffee and decent atmosphere. The espresso here is pretty bright (the fancy coffee term for the acidic property), so you should keep that in mind if you are here for espresso. They have a bunch of fun, gluten free cakes and treats that I have yet to try. I have also yet to try any of their special drinks. There are so many outlets around and free Wi-Fi if you need to work or charge something. It does get pretty busy around end-of-school time due to the school right behind it, but Crema does a great job maintaining the ambiance even when it is busy. The staff is always super friendly.

As a huge Starbucks fan, I decided to give Crema Coffee Shop a chance Friday to see how it was. I am so glad I did cause it was amazing!! I only drink cold brew with sugar free sweetener and they had several flavors to choose from, not just sf vanilla like Starbucks!! I will definitely be bringing alot of my business to Crema now:)

I love this place and the staff! The coffee was perfection. My sister and I requested a regular coffee mug and they served up their deliciousness in the cutest, most creative mug.
The banana bread is yummy.

This place is awesome.
Their signature drinks are sooo good! The Thai tea is freaking delicious.

Dirty Chai and London Fog were also the best I’ve ever had.

A lot of their baked goods are gluten-free, which is great for people like me that do not normally indulge in them.

Super quick and friendly service. Nice, clean atmosphere. What more can you ask for?

There are plenty of positives about this place. The drinks I’ve had have all tasted great. The staff has been very polite and welcoming. I liked the atmosphere, although the customer base in the afternoons tends to be high school or college age, which is fine. My only legitimate complaint would be that the wait time is very long. They’ve not been terribly busy the times I’ve gone, but every time I’ve ordered I’ve waited quite a while for the drinks. They’ve been staffed, so it’s not that. They just need to figure out the correct formula to crank the drinks out in a more efficient manner. That explains the 3 stars. But, I hope the business does well.

I stopped by today for the first time and WOW! I had a breve honey latte and it was literally the best one I’ve had in Tyler to date! My boys also enjoyed the coffee cake. We will definitely be coming back!
