Great place, wonderful food, outstanding atmosphere clean restroom were wonderfully clean won't see that at many places, services was amazing nice personal the cashier Hunter was helpful great attitude he needs a raise.

Excellent dessert option and service is always the best! It's in the store with Which Wich, the best sandwich in town. Two of the best in one location.

We ordered a hot coffee with half & half. I reviewed that item three times to clarify - after hearing how expensive our total was - so I asked for the receipt and we were still charged for a Cafe Latte AND an up charge for the H&H. I also ordered a vanilla almond milk latte… it is the worst one I’ve ever had, and they used sugar free vanilla in it (strong difference in taste), which I cannot have. $9 was our total. Our first 2 experiences were mediocre in the past, so that’s why I provided 2 stars.

Change your hours! Just drove an hour and it closed at 7, web says 10-9 every day. Disappointing!

Absolutely love it. People are friendly. Had the Caramel Frappuciago with extra caramel. Amazing!!! Definitely tasted both the espresso and the caramel... Perfectly balanced.

The gelato is great but it is the coffee I come for. This is hands down the best coffee in Tyler. Nothing else comes close to the smokey, nutty, smooth bold flavor of this coffee. I have traveled the world and tried many fine coffees. This one is very close to the top of the list.

Tried a Gelatte today for the first time and I'm truly disappointed I haven't tried it sooner. Super quick and friendly service in the drive thru from Gia. I wish we had more locations but definitely worth a couple extra miles to support local ownership over a chain!

First time having Italian Gelato. I enjoyed the taste and texture. I had the Texas Pecan Salted Caramel.
