Onion rings. I used to get a small basket and then eat some entree or other when I'd eat here, but anymore I just order a large plate of onion rings and break any fingers that make the mistake of reaching for them as if they were for everyone at the table. If you want the other stuff they make then you'll probably be happy as everything I've ever tried was good. But that's all in the past now, it's onion rings all the way for me. I've achieved enlightenment.

Took my dad to eat here today. I ordered fried mushrooms. When they finally brought them out they were either fried in old grease or re- fried. & they were not very hot. They were so hard I could not eat them. My chicken fried steak was the same way. I normally love the mushrooms. Disappointed! I did not say anything to waitress because this was a outing for my elderly dad and I didn’t want to dull his evening. My dads grilled fish was ok. My knife handle was broken off and we both had to ask for another because they were dirty. Our waitress was nice.

I was so looking forward to getting the ribs special Friday night and was in the restaurant by 445 pm the waiter informed us someone came in at 4pm and bought all of them. I was so disappointed. I ordered the chopped steak and it was wonderful!the onion and mushroom gravy that comes on top I fantasic! The waitress gave us great service. Did I say how disappointed I was about not being able to get the ribs? Suggestion ; customers wanting to order that many orders of the daily special need to call the day before, so the kitchen can cook it in addition to what the restaurant needs to care for the customer in-store. Make twice the money!

The food is consistent except there are too many people inside. In general, it is a great restaurant. Inevitably, that is why it is expensive. But they do not lower quality, so I am satisfied with their food and service.

Appetizers served in baskets with small foam plates on plastic coated picnic tablecloths. Aesthetic is vintage country if you're in those things. The big salad was very big, Salmon was also ordered at our table and was favorable. I recently tried their burger for the local burger battle and was pleasantly surprised how good it was.

My husband I decided to come here, just because the other two restaurants we wanted to go to had closed early for the day. Onion rings were great, but everything else was just ehh. We had the bacon cheeseburger and seafood gumbo, both didn't have much flavor. Friendly staff, but wouldn't recommend.

The food was absolutely amazing...we ate here while we were evacuated for Delta and wish it was closer to home so we could eat here all the time...the staff are all so polite...would highly recommended this to everyone
