Great collection of tea and coffee, super friendly staff, immaculate space, board games for your enjoyment, a plethora of seating, and even a small sofa. This is a great addition to the area.

Wouldn’t order cold brew here again. Asked for “just a little cream” and my cold brew had no less than 1/3 cup heavy cream in it. My drink looked like a cup of heavy cream with a splash of watery coffee added.

I've been going to this shop since its opening and have only good things to say about it. The drinks are great (I normally have the Abbiano espresso, the french Vietnamese, Mocha Ice Dragon and Milkshakes), the environment is very pleasant and the installations are always very clean. The owner, Ash, is a real gentleman and the staff is always friendly, courteous and respectful. I am glad they made it through COVID-19 and are still around to host me and my family many times a week. Good job!

If you think you have the only idea of enjoying coffee from here. You’re completely wrong. They make amazing coffee, great cafe to relax in. Everyone has the same idea. Don’t be rude, don’t be impatient. These guys are working hard and I’m hearing a couple customers saying they’re taking forever. That’s not true at all.
They have a line, they have people who already ordered, they also have online orders. If you’re not going to be patient, don’t go to anywhere that provides any type of service.
These guys come in everyday happy to make you your coffee and being a part of your day. They’re pretty much family. Treat them that way!

I had a meeting at Sweetwaters Coffee In McKinney this morning and had an awesome Creme Caramel Latte. Friendly service to boot!

This is my favorite coffee spot! They have such great flavors and there is plenty of room for meeting with friends or working on my laptop. Their “let it snow” latte is my absolute favorite!

Nice refreshing place for coffee/tea, went first time and it's so welcoming , got an ice tea and the owner explained different teas it's been a while that someone asked what mood we are in to have . Definitely recommend this place if you are in the area .

Modern & cheery, Great atmosphere, live music and local art and artists, excellent coffee (ask for the upgraded espresso shot - they have a higher quality you can get). Must visit. Many bland corporate coffee shops in the area - this one is a true community center. A++++
