Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea

As much as I come to the library next door, I need to stop by here more often!

I'm usually a tea drinker with occasional coffee at the cafes. When I do order coffee, I want to actually taste it, not hide it behind a bunch of sweeteners. Today I decided to try the iced Americano from Sweetwaters and am pleasantly surprised. Great flavor, would say it's not too heavy like a dark roast, which I do like. I've begun to enjoy espressos more and exploring around town.

This was a refreshing start to my morning! Staff was courteous and friendly, greeting me when I picked up my mobile order.

Matcha was amazing! Staff was super welcoming and loved how the library is a foot away. Very relaxing environment.

Legendary donut shop! Great service, GOAT donuts, hot coffee. Just a few minutes off I-94 so stop in and take a dozen to go!

The Monster Matcha drink is one of the best coffee drinks I have EVER had! Japanese matcha, cream, and espresso. Together, these flavors are earthy, rich, and ultimately delicious. Get yourself here while they have it on the menu. INCREDIBLE! (I like mine without the sweet vanilla syrup)

Coffee here is often on the cool side. Not terrible, but there are better options nearby.

I love going here when ever I m in ann Arbor. Always have liked the staff, I go to the one on Plymouth road and I am never disappointed

It’s a cute idea to have a coffee shop connected to a public library. The noise from the kids can get to be a lot so it’s not the best place to study.

Love that this is in the library! Great coffee , perfect for getting acup of Joe and then sitting somewhere calm to study or work!

Love the options at Sweetwaters. Hot and cold drinks as well as food. Dairy free milk options and usually some gluten free food options as well. Free wifi too.
This location is attached to/opens to the library. You can go in from the Sweetwater's entrace even before the library opens to use a work room or play in the kids area. The back library door is closed so park out front if you don't want to hike around to the Sweetwaters main entrance.

I like their ice dragons, the ginger lemon drink, the chocolate cake, and the tiramisu. I don't drink plain coffee but others have said it's good. Staff is very nice and the wait isn't long. You can bring beverages and food over to the big tables in the library area. It's usually pretty quiet even when busy so good place to study, write, what have you.
