I like Einstein's breakfast and their bagels, but their coffee is not good. I have tried it many different ways and I can't enjoy it. I also have yet to visit and Einstein's that has a friendly staff. Even though the food is good these two factors keep me from being a repeat customer.

Listed as dine in available, but entrance door was locked. It's stupid to wait in line simply to be told they don't have the bagels you want.

Long, long line and no way to pull out of line once in drive thru. They allow too many people to order large quantities of food and beverages from the drive thru and they don't know how evidently to ask them to pull over to parking area once they pay so others in line behind them won't be sitting in line forever...first time I did this I was in line for 22 minutes before I got my food and late to work. Second time, was 18 minutes. There won't be a third until I see they are better at managing their drive thru and customers with large orders who need to park and go inside anyway. It is a shame since I have been steady customer for over a year but the wait time is ridiculous.

Einstein Bros is consistent with their product. I enjoy going in ordering my go-to bagels and knowing that I will get the expected product. The drive through is pretty efficient on Sunday mornings. Inside can get a little busy.

Food was poorly made, coffee tasted as it had been burnt then left sitting for 2 days.

Employee seemed irritated over the speaker in the drive thru and when we pulled up to the window, they overcharged us for the wrong order. I know mistakes happen, but they did not handle it with grace. She employee was blatantly cussing with the window open, and had no idea what was going on.

Nicole is amazing. She is nice and makes me the perfect turtle Mocha. I was so excited when Caribou coffee came to Lubbock but also not sure if they can make the turtle mocha like the one I get in MN but Nicole does a great job.

We were visiting from out of town stopped specifically to get one of their sugar cookies that my daughter loves, they had none. As a matter of fact, they had none of their cookies and it was just past 10am. Basket completely empty. Very disappointing for my daughter, especially because we do not have an Einstein Bros. where we live. and she had been being to stop and get one since we had arrived in Lubbock.

The bagels there are really good. I went there today though, ordered, and AFTER the girl slid my card, she proceeded to tell me they were out of the bagels I ordered! Very frustrating! If I would have been told that beforehand, it would have been absolutely no big deal.

When i walked in I was greeted by a very nice young lady in the lobby. I walked up to the case to look at the bagels and a few were not labeled so I was waiting for someone to come over to the "order here" sign. A lady with A LOT OF HAIR (not contained) yells from the "pay here" sign "I can help you here". I told her I was wanting to know what kind of bagel it was since there wasn't a label. So instead of walking 5 steps she wanted to guess what one I was interested in. Instead I took one that was labelled. I've never been to Einstein before so I didn't know what I could put on my bagel. She then pushed a sign out to me with choices. I guess I was just frustrated with the young lady's lazy attitude. This will be the last time I visit this location.
