I loved everything, from the customer service to the food! It's been a few days so I can't remember who served us but she was polite and fun to have as a waitress, definitely made the experience 10X better. All the awesome classic options were difficult to pick from, but I sure loved the food I received — prepared well! Prices are good also for home cooked food, Jack in the Box literally has similar prices for their plastic food 😂 recommend 10 out of 10!

Discovered this little country jewel on the way back from Galveston. So glad we got off the interstate for lunch here. Love the atmosphere, vibe and the food. Fantastic old fashioned pies you would of thought your grandmother made. Probably the best Fried Pickles I've had as well.

This place is nothing short of fantastic! Had reason to be in town to watch an athletic event at the University. Received several recommendations, and all were spot-on. What I love even more than the food was the service. Wait staff was terrific, taking the time to share their personal recommendations when given several choices by the many people sitting at our table. By the way, save plenty of room for dessert. The pie selection is to die for... Simply nothing like it in the rest of the US throughout my travels.

Went on a Sunday drive up to Huntsville stumbled upon this place and everything was great …the decor the service and the food I had the chicken friend chicken and it was awesome we will be back soon

Food is typically good, when I can get the food. Service is not that great. The waitresses try their best, but most of the time it takes forever to get anything. My guests always have great service but seems like anytime I am there something goes wrong with mine. One time My 5 guests were completely done eating before they even brought my food. I didn't even have anything special.. Love their fried mushrooms, fried pickles. Pie is delicious. If you have a time to wait for the food then it's not a bad place to eat at. I don't recommend if you try to go for lunch when you have a timeframe.

Nice atmosphere. Prices reasonable. Service was timely. Food looked fresh, taste was decent for price but I feel like I've had better elsewhere. Overall a worthy experience.

Great ambiance. Good service. Decent prices. We chose the steak and unfortunately it was a little overdone and less than flavorful. We will definitely try them again and just choose another dish.
