I regret writing out a lengthy and positive review of this place. I came back four days after my last visit and instead of Elizabeth being there I'm pretty sure it was Theresa going off of what Elizabeth had told us.
Theresa greeted me with a 'what do you want' and I immediately left. Not only was she rude but she wasn't even wearing a mask despite being in the middle of a pandemic.
The difference between my two visits was night and day. I thought I had found a cool place for breakfast and sweets but I couldn't have been more wrong, but that's only my fault for writing a glowing review after only one visit.

After making several deliveries from The Buzzed Cup, I HAD to try their food and drinks! My husband and I had breakfast there this morning, and it was delicious!!! We ate the steak breakfast burrito, "kitchen sink" breakfast bowl, iced coffee, and almond milk with strawberry jellies. We demolished our food before we took a pic. My husband ordered this Philly Cheese Steak Mac n' Cheese to go, because he wanted more. It smells sooo scrumptious! The lady who works in the truck is Elizabeth, and she is really sweet. I will be back for those cupcakes!!!

The atmosphere is amazing so welcome! The food is also amazing my favorites are the red velvet cupcakes, jalapeno poppers (which are like nothing I've had before) and jalapeno bacon rolls.
Every time I go there I leave feeling so warm inside

Had a few vegan options, and they were very accommodating to making changes to make certain menu items vegan.
The French Onion soup was incredible.

The cupcakes are absolutely not gourmet, the minis are extremely mini, wish doordash would've mentioned the size. The mac and cheese didn't taste like anything. Just warm noodles.
My biggest complaint and why its 2 stars is this coffee. There is absolutely no way I am even taking a sip of that drink. I cant believe they would let that walk out their door.
Just a bummer, I was really excited

These “buzzed” cupcakes are amazing! I tried the Crown Apple cinnamon cupcake and was even given a sample mini-cupcake of Sadie Ethel’s Christmas cake. Both were so good!
This is a family business and the owners were so kind and friendly. They are happy to answer all your questions.
Just a note: this is a food truck so they sometimes move around, but they can typically be found at this location (especially on weekdays)!

I met with our Huntsville Arts Group on Saturday. July 16 in the soon to open C.A.T. Cafe. We ordered lunch from The Buzzed Cup. It was absolutely delicious! Unique flavors, beautiful presentation, timely service...everything was perfect! I would highly recommend!

Sadly, Google maps shows this former food truck as established in a downtown Huntsville location with early opening hours, but a trip there for coffee with a friend showed us Google maps is wrong about this place! Mr Bill and I enjoyed lunch 3 times at their food truck location last year. Cuban sandwiches were good. Cupcakes can be ordered from the “Buzzed” menu, meaning infused with real and potent alcohol, Or the sugary delights can be ordered without the buzz. One entire cupcake from their food truck last year was sweet enough and big enough to be cut in half or thirds. Thankfully, they offer smaller cupcakes, more bite sized.
Too bad Google maps mistakenly labels them open downtown. The food truck was outside of the building but not open either.

The staff was very pleasant, and they patiently answered my 1 million questions. I got an iced latte with white chocolate. I personally wouldn't recommend that flavor (as the white chocolate did not mix with the coffee at all, despite my best efforts). I think if they had just mixed it when they made it, it wouldn't have coagulated on the bottom, but they made it more in the style of a Starbucks Macchiato (with the layering). The taste of the actual coffee was really good, so I do recommend this coffee truck! I will probably just get a different flavor or ask them to mix it next time.
**EDIT** I asked them to mix it (apparently they normally leave it layered), and it was AMAZING. The white chocolate mixed just fine. This is my new coffee spot for sure!

Good chicken salad and fine breve from a cleverly converted bus. Nice picnic spot under the oaks soon to be indoors to beat the heat in Huntsville
