The Cracked Mug Coffee House

Just sent this morning for my first time, I tried the seasonal hocus pocus drink, a taco and the apple maple bacon muffin. Great service, awesome prices, a real gem in helotes. Not to mention the tasty muffin.

LOVE THIS PLACE! So charming! Free Wi-Fi! Great place for morning coffee and breakfast or quick snack. Great for small group sitting and chatting or for sitting with your tech to get some work done. Mom and kid friendly. Restroom super cute, but doesn't have a changing table and no ramp for a stroller. They have table seating or couch seating. So comfy!

I love this little secret of Helotes💖 so nice to relax here with friends or the kids. Very cozy! Great coffee!!

It was amazing. It's Peaceful, quiet place, it felt very country too. The service there are great people. The food smelled and looked good. The drinks are good too. I loved it there, I hope to go back there again.

What a relaxing mom & pop (Pepaw) place. Small but with lots of personality, homemade food and great coffees!!
Owners are good folk with an extremely friendly staff.

MUST COME HERE!!! this place is amazing it literally feels like home. From customer service and experience to the food and the coffee in my opinion better then Starbucks hands down. Man was the food good I will be coming here a whole lot more. This place is awesome I would recommend everyone and anyone to try it.

Awesome staff, I ordered biscuits and gravy unfortunately They had ran out, and let me know. So I got the breakfast bowl and it was amazing, they really went above and beyond for running out of biscuits, definitely check this place out it’s a hidden gem in bandera. Great coffee and frappes too!

Relaxed, kid friendly, fresh excellent coffee/tea AND food, and superb staff. This goes above and beyond what a coffee house should be. Food is made to order & healthy. Tea & coffee selections are well-thought out & made properly! Spacious outdoor public area. Indoor rooms have a variety of options, including a well stocked kid table. Great little asset to Helotes & thrilled to have them in my town!

I loved it! It is a cozy place. The food was good. I had the breakfast plate and I really like it. Also ee tried their vegan peanut butter chocolate muffin (warmed). It was oh-mazing (amazing). I tried their house coffee and it was delicious. The people were amazing and super friendly! I would go there again! I recommend it!
