Best food and coffee in town definitely! The staff is amazing, the food is delicious! Can’t go wrong with their menu! Everything’s good!

Absolutely in love with this quaint little place! Unfortunately the espresso machine was broken when my Wife and I went, but we still loved their house coffee, London fog tea and pastries. Hopefully their espresso machine is fixed soon, we will definitely be back again!

Outdoor seating, great coffee (bottomless cup) and a yummy egg and bacon on a toasted buttery croissant. Yum. Friendly service made it especially nice... Really enjoyed! Will definitely be back.

Breakfast sandwiches are outstanding. Cold brew coffee is one of the best you will have. Friendly atmosphere, appreciative of military and 1st responders as well (discount with ID). Make sure to stop off here when you are in Old Town

Donna is so sweet and accommodating anytime I order something. She makes sure I get my food the way I like it. The breakfast bowl is AMAZING! I can eat 2 of them. And the homemade salsa is just the way I love it.

Place is okay. Cold brew is good and strong though . Atmosphere is a little snug and workers didn't seemed very amused to be working period. Not that I'm looking for extreme smiles just a more welcoming feel.

I usually love the Cracked Mug but I went there today and none of their employees were wearing face masks. As someone fighting cancer I haven't been leaving my house much but was excited to finally venture out thinking restaurants were taking CDC precautions seriously. When I asked the staff member at the register if they were wearing masks, the young lady answered no, so I left and did not give them my business. Which makes me sad because they are the coffee place that I prefer in Old Town Helotes. Sharing this review in hopes someone in management reads this to make changes during this time.
