The Cracked Mug Coffee House

Great coffee and breakfast tacos in a beautiful little courtyard but we had to wait 30 minutes for three tacos and it wasn't even very busy.

The atmosphere was beautiful and the food was good but a little dry.

My wife and I always like the relaxed atmosphere, great coffee, friendly staff, and array of choices. The Keto Scramble is our favorite, and in mild weather sitting outside under the trees is fantastic! It's a little bit of a drive for us, but well with the trip.

If I could give 4.5 stars I would. Their coffee is great and they have some unique stuff compared to a chain like Starbucks. Only docking half a star because their muffins are just generally not very good. There are a few that are decent and their food is good. Overall doesn't detract from the main focus which is the coffee.

Update: they've done some interior updating and their coffee is still great. Still coming back for more and the owners are super nice.

Great outdoor seating, inside looked very nice as well. The staff was incredibly nice. The breakfast bowl is only $5 and so filling! Cold brew coffee and blueberry muffin were also delicious. Very charming and relaxing atmosphere.

I go here regularly to meet friends. Love sitting outside under the trees while having a cup of coffee. Lemonades are also good- the mango lemonade had fresh mango puree. Breakfasts are reasonably priced and have a good mix of pastry/protein options.

I live an hour away but when I have to come into Bandera for work I stop here every time. The specialty lattes are incredible. So far I've only had the biscuits and gravy on the menu and that was delicious as well! Really good price for the portion size.

The coffee was good. Interesting choices and great combinations. The clerk was very nice and helpful. I was early so I had to wait for my breakfast. When I did finally gety breakfast plate nothing was hot. I might come back to have coffee and read my book but I will not get food.

I always enjoy coming here. Very quaint. Lots of outdoor seating that is shared with the other shops nearby. Outdoor seating is on gravel. Indoor seating is accommodating social distancing. Very accommodating to kiddos. The lattes are fantastic- not too sweet. The muffins are fabulous.

The women behind the counter was super sweet! She made a few samples of the tea they had available after I explained my sense of taste had been skewed since catching covid almost 2 years ago.
