Atmosphere is so cozy and cheese cake bar is super delicious

Coffee was good. Had an iced dirty chai. The two folks working when I stopped by seemed a little unfriendly or just weren't very welcoming. For me, that's really important. I guess we all have our off days, but it kind of turned me off.

Loved this place. The coffee was great. I ordered a blueberry muffin, a blondie and a brownie and yall… they were DELICIOUS. The patio is also so nice to take time and relax, beautiful area and will definitely be back when we visit!!!

This coffee shop has a comfortable atmosphere, very pleasant baristas, and delicious coffee! Even with a longer line, it moves quickly. There is plenty of seating inside and out. I wish I was in Galveston longer so I could try the other specialty lattes. They all sound delicious!

Nifty little neighborhood coffee house. Good beans, eclectic environment w comfy seating nook. I enjoyed the flavor of the beans in my latte...just enough spices. Wish they had stevia and wish the bathroom had been cleaner.

Mod is one of two go-to places on the island for my husband and I. We decide on a whim to go out there and off we go from our place in Houston. The coffee, while being a bit stronger for me than I'd like, is still really good. I know that for others it'd be perfect. I've had different pastries and while they're pretty good I can't say I've super loved them either. Still I'd recommend giving them a go especially the pumpkin pie bar with whip shown. Lots of people go here (you'll see plenty who seem to be students) so if perchance you aren't able to find seating inside you can always sit outside. Plenty do. The overall vibe of Mod is laid back and friendly, whether it be the employees or the customers. This is definitely a place to stop at when in Galveston... or like me, when you feel up for a little drive to a good coffee shop.

Honestly aas the BEST Latte I have ever had in my life. Very smooth and rich, wonderful flavor and balance. Hands down beats starbucks. If you want REAL coffee or espresso, come here!!

My second time coming to this coffee shop and just so great!! Reasonable prices and such good coffee and very rich brownie that I got. Recommend to everyone looking for a coffee shop!

Great variety of seating in two different rooms: tables inside and out, a couch. The upstairs area used to be available but is now an office.

The baristas are great and will make you a custom drink when you order a "Just Trust Me"
