Great evening coffee house- plenty of seating and activity- outdoor seating was perfect - clean restroom and iced latte coffe was great

Beautiful shop with great coffee! The outdoor seating are is gorgeous. I love that they have a "Just Trust Me" menu option where they just surprise you with what latte you get. The survivor bars here are to die for.

Super cute place and the service was okay, but my drink was not good at all. The chai latte was super weak and just tasted like the milk left at the bottom of a bowl of cinnamon toast crunch.

First time here while waiting on our cruise ship. Amazingly priced and delicious!

My husband got the “Just Trust Me” and it was familiar and tasty. We couldn’t quite figure out exactly what it was but that’s the point. Lol.

I ordered a Grasshopper with oat milk and it was so creamy.

Love mod!!! The staff is so friendly and the drinks are wonderful. Sitting outside under the trellis, you forget you’re right next to a street! The side/back room is so nice for studying, and still with a view to the street. Always busy, but the baristas do a great job keeping up. I always enjoy trips to mod!

After pillaging our way through a great used bookstore nearby, we felt the need to replenish ourselves by imbibing in some caffeine. Lucky for us some of our group knew MOD was a stellar supplier of all things caffeinated. I copied my wife and got a tasty frozen blended thingy like she did. One book junkie got a flat white iced drink, another got an iced Americano....she's picky about this drink and this place does this right....we all left very happy.

Great place to either sit inside or outside. The coffee is great and the staff is friendly and fast (rare). I can't rate the foods because I don't remember if I've ever actually eaten any of it.

My husband and I loved morning lattes, cookies, and brownies at MOD! Let's just call it brunch! The coffee was balanced and delicious! The brownies and cookies were yummy! Sitting outside, under the arbor, with a flock of tiny songbirds flitting about was priceless! Recommended!

Great coffee, very fast service even though the line was long, and the staff were very nice. I got two hot mochas, one small iced mocha, tropical fruit smoothie, and the chocolate peanut butter square. All tasted great

One of the best coffee house experiences we've had in a long time. Enjoyed the outdoor seating. Drinks and food were all great and were priced well. The employees at the counter really made us feel welcomed and for that, we're thankful.
