I really love the coffee here, iced, hot and latte. You could have the greatest coffee but if your customer service is poor your coffee doesn't taste quite as good.
I waited for 20 minutes for a breakfast sandwich. After ordering the staff seemed more involved in their conversation than making a simple breakfast sandwich. I will skip this place and support businesses that value a customer.

A bit dark, bit it is themed a bit retro. Very good place to go and study, and it is always clean. Service is very fast, although it seems that at times the quality of service can vary. So if you get treated well or not might depend on if the staff is having a good or bad day. The bathrooms are clean, and wifi works perfectly. Do expect it to be a bit pricey, as I would consider this place to be an occasional splurge.

Pretty cool place to grab a quick bite and a coffee. Plus breakfast is served all day.

Cute place with outdoor and indoor seating. Free WiFi available. They actually forgot my food at first, but made it very quickly after I inquired about the delay. Vegetarian options available!

We went fort hot chocolate and it was cold. We asked if they can take it back to heat it up and it was not any warmer. Jimmy W says not to get hot chocolate here because you'll be disappointed. Too bad, on a cold night all you want is hot chocolate and it's only a disappointment at Kinleys. The kiddie staff don't care how they serve the product.

Relatively quiet place. Ok coffee, some decent selections and occasionally good customer service. But don't expect miracles. It happens but it is extremely rare when you get well mannered baristas and manager.

To use their wifi they require you to purchase something. Once you do it’s the password is in the receipt (they don’t give it to you…you have to ask it) AND they have the audacity to limit you for 30min? HELL naw go to Starbucks across the street rather than mediocre coffee 🙄🙄

I love their drinks! By far, the best hot chai. But it's always new people. New staff every time. And they always mess up. Every. Single. Time. I had not been back in El Paso for 3 years, and decided to give them another shot, because I love their chai! What annoyed me the most, the girl answering the drive-thru, she was whispering. I told her I couldn't hear her and she still didn't speak up, so I ordered and moved to the window, because again, I couldn't hear her.. well she was exactly the same way in-person. When she gave me my drink, again, they messed up. How can you mess up with just a "large hot chai".. how?! Maybe it was the speakers this time? But what's the excuse the other times? Next time I go, because I will I'm sure, I just need to go knowing there's going to be new staff AGAIN.

Kinley, the Owner will do whatever it takes to make his customers happy!!
The owner Kinley helped me get two tables together for my group of five people after we came from church on Wednesday night at 9pm, an hour before they closed. The coffee was great and fresh along with hot chocolate. Him and his staff went out of their way. It is more affordable than Starbucks and just as good or better!!

The experience was very friendly and professional. Great spot to dine in to study and hangout. The interior and exterior design are just the right to sooth the mind during a dine in experience. Give it a shot. When you do try their teas and bagle sanchwiches.
