If anyone ever visits El Paso, you must have the Matcha tea at Kinley's. I like to be extra wired for my homework or for a sweet boost so I order an iced matcha latte with a shot of espresso and the addition of extra matcha to not rid of the sweetness. The staff is amazingly courteous, especially Caprice who is a gentlemen who helped with an order confusion. There are more employees who are astonishing as well, but have not asked for their names just yet. Guaranteed a splendid time.

Not really impressed with the bagel or the lavender tea or the avocado hummus spread. It's okay, but not amazing.

All the coffees were cold. I asked for mine to be heated up and they put my paper cup in the microwave...

Busy with many college students working and studying, several choices of decent coffee, many dessert choices and plenty of space indoors and out, this place is thrumming with quiet activity and is worth several visits. They also have a teahouse nearby and are right across from a large chain coffee house.

Went on a Saturday afternoon to get an iced latte and had to repeat my order at the window 3 times. Then it came out a totally different drink, so I asked them to correct it. It still ended up wrong and way too sweet, but I just took it. It wasn't a complicated order-- iced vanilla latte. Disappointed with the service, especially when it's a 5 dollar drink. I always try to support the local businesses, but next time, I'll have to go across the street.

The food was not as good as I remembered. The wait was really long and some noodle bowls were cold when we received them.

The customer service was truly atrocious. The boy who took my order kept getting distracted and kept calling me Jenny after I corrected him TWICE. I couldn't bring myself to tip him and he took the receipt and told his coworker "no tip". Hey buddies, if you worked to create a good experience instead of working for a tip-- maybe you would get a tip? Try it next time. I hope the manager reads this and gives those two kids some more training. I will not be returning or recommending this place.

BEWARE: A barista scammed me at this location and tipped herself.
I regularly frequent this location and always order two large boba teas. I know very well my total is always $11.99.
Today, while going through the drive thru my order came out to the same $11.99 and when it asked for gratuity I declined. The young girl barista then replied "Oh, I'm sorry. I inserted your card wrong." She quickly took the card reader and my card behind the drive thru window and re-did the transaction. When she gave it back to me it was only asking for my pin at that point. I entered it and caught a quick flash of the amount as she pulled it away: $13.78
When I was handed my drinks it was a different barista and I asked for my receipt, which they were conveniently not going to give me. Sure enough, it reads: Gratuity (1.79)
