Kinley's House Coffee & Tea

Good place for a morning coffee or an evening tea to call it a day. Atmosphere is always calm with the university students studying.

I order a turkey sandwich and it was very simple, there was no love put into it, no chips included, cut in half or even a pickle, to simple. I also order a watermelon cucumber mint refresher and it was not that good. The drink had a very strong taste of mint with just water.

I got the mocha frappe and it was delicious. The staff was very cheerful and helpful and their speaking volume combined with the overall atmosphere made them very easy to hear. The outside seating is covered so it was a great place to just hang out and have a cold drink on a hot day. I'm new in town and this will probably be my go to coffee place while I'm here

Naturally, since Kinley’s is located right next to UTEP, there is usually a lot of people coming in and going out. I happen to like the ambience of a busy coffee shop as it helps me be productive! For that reason I like to come here to get work done. Only down side is that it isn’t too big and seating is usually limited since it’s busy. But it is busy for good reason!
The food and coffee are very good! I usually get their honey latté and the green chile chicken sandwich and I love both.

Great drinks and comfortable atmosphere to relax and unwind. Visit on a regular basis.

Definitely one of my favorite coffee shops. Customer service has always been friendly with me. I gotten several types of drinks here, all of which have been great. As for food, I’ve only ever had one sandwich from here. It took awhile to get out to me but it was delicious. I recommend their frappes with a scoop of ice cream!!

Great local institution! Love the drinks and the food. The soyrizo was delicious. The avocado fresh! I recommend the eye opener is a great jumpstart to your day and keeps you going. Love that kinleys is still around.

The coffee is good. But they have really yummy frappes. The seating has been upgraded and the new decor outside is top notch. They need slightly brighter lighting in the afternoons, but other than that it's a great place to stay and study.

Customer service lagged big time today. Iced coffee was not bad. Chicken bacon wrap was whack for $7.95 omg. Sat outside and waited for our order, went back inside after waiting a little bit? And the drinks were just sitting there inside. Went back again after some time for my forgotten wrap. Went back a 3rd time for my forgotten cake. Had I not gone in to check on my order, probably would've never got it lol one timer...

Solid coffee shop with excellent coffee but terrible parking.

This is one of my first stops to a coffee shop in the El Paso area and it was a great choice. I ordered the HoneyBee flavor latté and was blown away at the flavor. Sweet but not overbearing. Tasted of honey but also with a nice hint of espresso.

Biggest issue is the parking. There are about 12 parking spaces total which makes it very much a "first come, first serve" type of place. The interior is also made in a way that makes it focus on hunkering down to study or do work so you have to be lucky to get parking. This deters me sometimes from going, especially with a Starbucks literally right across the street.

I will probably come here a lot.
