Iced latte is delicious, have many different flavors to add for coffees. Nice area to sit with friends and place to study.

Coffee house with some finger food and small dining options. Mostly paninis and breads. Large selection of coffees and teas. Highly recommend their lavender tea. Friendly and courteous staff. Military discount available with proof.

Always a great place to study during the day or hang out. Sometimes noise level can be loud. Parking can be limited when busy. Like the breakfast menu.

Unfortunately not that great. Coffee is subpar. Rather drink black Mc Donald’s coffee. And that’s saying something.

Lovely place to hang out... I've got my favorite matcha frappe and it was so good. Very jolly and nice service crew. Keep it up. They've got an eye catching mural painted on the wall and it was pretty amazing! We surely be back😍

Great service. Awesome Tea choices and the potstickers and noodles are bomb! Love it here. The atmosphere is very chill and lay back.

Kinley's house is always a GREAT spot to go study. The atmosphere is great and I HIGHLY recomend this spot. Expect it to ALWAYS be packed (no sitting areas left) and parking isn't the best but it isn't horrible.

My first time here. I got Rose Black Milk Tea with boba. The milk tea tasted like straight water with few drops of tea and the boba was not fresh at all. It was hard and sticking to each other. 🤦🏽‍♀️Maybe I just ordered the wrong thing but I’ll try their coffee next time 🤷🏻‍♀️ Customer service was okay.

Best place to stop and grab some crepes, best local coffee too! The oreo frap is my favorite!

Coffee is really good, have not tried the food yet. I’ve come here to work several times and have had no issues with the internet. There is plenty of tables and outlets.
