Kinley's House Coffee & Tea

Love their coffee but mostly I find myself always ordering the Refresher Teas like the Jamaica/ Pomegranate Iced tea with a Turkey Club. This is a UTEP Miner, former or current hangout. It's not unusual to see senior citizens and younger folks sitting in there together .The kids think we are Faculty and we are glad we're no longer students LOL

Tea, coffee, bagels, sandwiches, salads, WiFi with purchase, friendly but not social staff, plenty of seating of A.M. hours
Stale pasties:/, and very dust.. dust balls on lights, fans, and register. Long table with electric cord hanging above it very sticky:/ :/😲😲😲

Great place to study! Plenty of space and outlets. Alota of students are here and parking is a bit tight

The coffee was good but very very sweet (even though we asked for 1/2 sweet). I would return because there is potential there, I may just have to ask for no flavor. My daughter said the smoothie was good.

They have really good latte and they even top it with latte art. Tip: if you dine in, order your latte in a mug, not disposable cup.

I dont know how old this place is but it look awesomely new, and cleaned. Staff was very nice and educated me that the next door restaurant is part of it as well, Pretty unique. Anyways coffee was good, it felt like I was out of town when i walked in. Thanks for bring the culture to the boarder.

I wasn’t sure what I wanted so I asked what was recommended…I ended up with a caramel latte. Simple and tasty. Not overly sweetened. I got a small which was perfect for me. And for a simple snack we got a turkey and Swiss sandwich. Again, Nice and simple. Just what I was looking for. I will try this place again when In the area.

With all the coffee shops in the area, this is my least favorite coffee is not great. Service is subpar and the parking is miserable

I really enjoyed my breakfast this morning. I got the Bacon Jumpstart and it was very good. I asked for the egg to be on the side so my son could eat it. They use real eggs, not powdered. I also got the Lychee Black Tea (hot), and it was very good. They have a large menu to choose from, and serve breakfast all day. They also have a drive through.

First time here and I really enjoyed it. Had the lunch special and tasted good. Also had a crepe and it was very delicious. Staff was very nice, definitely will return.
