Change your sign outside made me move my truck on the parking for Pickup and to go order one of the employees. I was getting a coffee TOGO

Coffee is very good. Nice area to sit and talk with outside seating available. However, parking is limited and prices are quite hi. I had to wait for a place to park for about 5 minutes to meet with someone.

This coffee shop has a nice environment and doesn't get too loud. The espresso is delicious and the soyrizo bagel is a must try.

I love this place, the owner, or maybe the manager was very friendly and I love that they serve coffee in an actual glass coffee cup. It makes the place feel more cozy. The food options is amazing and I love that I have a wide variety of choices for the drinks as well.

For years I use to love coming here for the mocha frappe, it was delicious! Now they changed the mocha powder to a charcoal mocha which gives it a completely different :(
Maybe have both as an option?

If you know my order, why come out and check again?

I asked the window to repeat my order, because she replied with confusing messages. The order was never repeated.

When arriving at the payment window I was asked if I needed 6 or 7(I ordered 6).

After some time somebody came out and asked if I was waiting for 6 lattes. Well no, I ordered 6 frappes. I never drink lattes and even double checked with my co-pilot if I ordered the wrong thing. They insisted I ordered lattes, everybody heard it. If you are so sure, why do you come out and ask me what I ordered?

I suggested to check the window PA. The reply was; "There is nothing wrong with the system, you ordered lattes."

I asked for a refund and will not return.

Dutch Bros, here we come!

Been coming here since my freshmen year at UTEP and there's no better place to get matcha. The crepes are awesome, both sweet and salty, and the coffee hits just the spot for those midterm and finals sessions. Definitely one of my favorite coffee spots in El Paso.

Great choco frappe mocha, also I brought my two dogs Nutmeg and Chacha, and they got treats too, awsome. What a great place. You will enjoy it too.

The coffees were good, sandwiches were a little bland. Not sure why cashier would question us on why we wanted to add hummus and guacamole to our sandwich. If we go back, it will be for the coffees.

Employee was irritated taking our order when we asked what a jumpstart was. They didn’t give them our ticket to make our order…. Waited 20 minutes and after asking about it they had to find the ticket again to start order. Order was still wrong and one employee was sick and coughing all over everything. We come a couple times a year,but today this was a horrible experience.
