Great coffee shop in the area for unique and common coffee drinks.
We asked if they sold whole bean coffee and they did. I didsee the prices listed on the menu. This is where the owner took the time to explain their coffee making. He also let us try a shot of each of the roasts
We had to order the Ube Latte and it was delicious.
The bill was a bit of sticker shock at $35 for the bag of coffee beans alone. While I probably wouldn't buy beans again, the drinks are high quality and you should stop by for them!

A little bit pricey but no more than Starbucks really and you are supporting not only a local business but a fair trade business!! I went to Vietnam and had something called an egg coffee, they have that here and it is pretty close to how it was over there!! I was also very impressed with the service, they were nice enough to ground a bag of whole bean coffee I brought. I will definitely be back! When I have an extra $35 I am definitely going to buy a bag of their coffee! Thank you so much for the conversation and the service đź’™

A fantastic little coffee shop hidden away. The inside is serene. Coffee is wonderful. Food is fantastic. Staff is friendly and very helpful. A definite hidden gem.
They import their brand directly from Vietnam, and toast them in house.
A must place to check out and relax.

Saigon Civet Cafe boasts a nice atmosphere with a blend of lounge, library, and cozy living room feel. It was trendy and chic when I entered and the staff was responsive and helpful. I ordered an Americano with cream which was filled to the brim, and it was almost lukewarm. It tasted great, but needed to be hot. I went to study on my laptop and there wasn’t really a place to plug in and sit down at a table, so I sat at a table and just used battery power. The only outlets I could spot were next to couches. It almost seems like they don’t want people lingering around, although I am certain that’s not the case because as I mentioned previously it’s a very cozy place and their WI-FI information is posted conveniently and worked well. They also have a book shelf and I overheard them explain to a customer that they do a book exchange: “Take a book, leave a book,” which I find to be beneficial.

It's a wonderful cute little coffee with both food and coffee! I enjoyed my Ube Latte and the atmosphere seemed very friendly to every walk of life. It really reminds me of Green Light Coffee with unique options and choices. I didn't get to try the food but it all looked super delicious. The prices seemed to be a bit more expensive but then not too much out of line with most coffee shops. The staff was kind and courteous! Overall I would definitely say try them out if you want something more local and unique!

Cute cafe in an unassuming older shopping center. There’s plenty of parking and also a drive-thru since it’s on the corner.
Tried the cafe sua (Vietnamese iced coffee). It was decent but pricey. $6.66 after tax for a large which is 16oz.
In addition to coffee, they also serve smoothies and food. There’s a cold case with bottled drinks. Might be back to try the food and one of their lattes since they have some unique flavors I haven’t seen elsewhere in Corpus: ube and pandan. They charge $2 for alternative milk though which is pretty wild.
Didn’t have much interaction to really comment on service, but they were polite.
This would be a good spot to catch up with a friend or read. Not sure if it’d be good for studying as most of the seating isn’t really designed for that, and I only saw one outlet.

I came here for fresh roasted whole beans and was pleased! Knowledgeable barista and roaster. Good coffee, clean cool atmosphere. Can sit on a couch or at a table.

Went in for the first time not really knowing what to get, I asked the gentleman at the front what he recommended, I let him know I liked iced coffee and he recommended me a great choice! He was very nice and helpful! We sat down and enjoyed our coffee at our own pace, didn’t feel rushed at all! Would definitely come back again!

The atmosphere was great and I think it’s a good place to hang out with friends but that’s where my complements end because when it comes to the food I was unpleasantly surprised…the avocado toast was pitiful and disappointing, the drink was overly sweet and the “cheese croissant” was not what I expected. It looks like they bought it from sams club, added cheese and called it a day. Let’s just say I’m not satisfied.

So far I have ordered the banh mi and ramen and both were excellent I got a Saigon lungo and it was excellent! The atmosphere here is really cool and a great place to hang out!
