Saigon's Civet Cafe

I was very excited to find some quality coffee during my time in Corpus Christi! The cafe is stylish and the owners are very enthusiastic. They patiently took the time to explain the different offerings to me and chatted as they made my coffee. I haven't had an egg cafe or banh pateso/ breakfast pastry this good since I was in Hanoi (so good I finished them before taking a picture). 10/10 would recommend Saigon Civet Cafe for the food, drink, and friendly staff!

Best Vietnamese coffee in Corpus. Great ambience to relax and chat. Jazz in the background added an extra layer to the experience.

We decided to stop by the other day because we just moved in nearby. The café itself is very nice. They got a great atmosphere going on, and the music really fits the mood. It's got plenty of seating for medium sized groups, so if you're looking for a nice hang out spot this might be your place. The coffee was great and honestly the price was pretty good for the quality. They've got freshly ground stock there and the baristas seem very passionate about what they do there. I've easily paid more for drinks not even close in quality to this. Also tried the Bahn Mi. It was very fresh and definitely the flavor we've been looking for for ages now. Glad we stopped by because we're definitely coming back. 5 stars. Try the Cafe Sua!

The detail in the design is amazing! Such an aesthetically pleasing place to drink coffee. The staff is very friendly and their recommendations are great! I loved everything I ordered. I will definitely be back again to get the full experience. I ordered to go. I will update with an in-depth review when I return.
