Best tacos in abilene!!! Must try the wonton tacos and the enchilada taco!

I would say definitely a great vibe for a place. Just make sure when you order tacos make sure two a person is minimum. But food is definitely a try!

The service here was excellent. Our server Sarah was attentive and outgoing. The menu is a unique twist on mexican dishes. Some of the dishes were a little too salty for my taste but overall a good place.

The Local has some of the most AMAZING and flavorful food. I really enjoyed the ambiance and the drinks are delicious as well. The best thing about this restaurant was the service. SARA is a ROCKSTAR, patient, reliable, and on-time! Thanks for the experience SARA!!

Great food. Skilled bartender. Well staffed even on a Wednesday lunch. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. A comfortable cozy feel and a no hurry approach. From the Kitchen to the Bar to Delivery this is clearly operated by veteran staff with a lot of experience. Come, enjoy and return again. The food while limited to mostly tacos they are the sort of fare a food truck has with a line down the block is serving.

Beautiful restaurant and friendly staff. Chips, queso and salsa was really good. However, tacos came out with very cold soggy tortillas and chicken that appeared and tasted like it was from a can, really watery. Street corn also seemed to be out of a can and flavorless. The manager was very nice to listen to my feedback and comp the tacos, but probably wouldn’t make the trip back :/

Upon arrival, I was seated in an area located eyesight from the bar. I instantly ordered a drink from the bar. As I waited, I noticed two servers take a straw , insert it in a drink made while 1 of the females reinserted her straw into the drink. After doing that, the server brings the drink (that the straws were inserted into) to my table for me. I immediately told her to make me another drink and her excuse for inserting the straw was because “they received a new strawberry syrup and wanted to taste it.” Which blew my mind. I contacted the manager and the manager informed me that she apologizes for making me uncomfortable, but that’s a quality control tactic they perform to ensure your drink tastes good. Which is an unacceptable tactic to perform.

Food was delightful. Great vegan options for us. Salads with real mixed greens-not cheap iceberg. Vegan tacos(leave off dairy off course). Thankfully beer is vegan and they have a very nice selection of drafts which is important to a guy like me. Even had a beer called What's the Dill... which my wife loved. Service excellent. Donovan an excellent and knowledgeable waiter. Can't wait to come back for more.

The drinks were adventurous and amazing! The food was tasty, creative and great portions!

A great overall experience. Staff helpful and attentive. Food delicious. Try the Morning margarita, it was excellent.
