Someone else took my drink which resulted in me waiting for a while -- once I said something to the staff they were so gracious, refunded my order, and quickly made me a new drink. It was so kind of them to do and I will be coming back again on my trip! Also -- they have gluten free donuts that actually taste like a real donut 😍

Good local coffeehouse -- reminds me of good coffee spots in college towns. Love the breakfast sandwiches, as they offer variety and have a fresh from the griddle quality. Granola wraps are fantastic. Lunch sandwiches have sparser selection, but generally good, as well. All use fresh, locally-baked bagels or bread. Speaking of which, they also have a small, but fresh selection baked goods. Most importantly, their coffee drinks are good and they can make just about any variety imaginable, including tea/chai. Can be very crowded, as this a small eatery. Parking is tricky -- try to use the adjacent Blue Coast Burrito lot, if you can. Worth the trouble!

Overpriced and not friendly. Ten dollars for an okay sandwich with no side plus no one says hello, smiles, or is helpful.

Staff was cold and rude. Nevertheless I ordered a latte and it tasted like expensive, bitter milk. Maybe I just got unlucky that day but not sure if I’ll be returning to this place

Nice coffee spot, if a little crowded at times. Good selection and decent prices. Staff is usually friendly but always busy, sometimes to the point of seeming overworked. The quality of the food is top-notch and they have something for everybody, and the rotating seasonal coffee specials ensure that there's always something new to try. The location alone makes Sam and Zoe's worth checking out, as it is walking distance from plenty of dining and shopping in the South Nashville area.

Great little spot! Was in town visiting Nashville for the weekend with my dad and we swung by here for breakfast on our last morning. Drinks were excellent, my dad’s parfait was good and I really enjoyed my breakfast sandwich. They were super busy so we had to wait a bit for our drinks but it was totally fine. Everything was good! Highly recommend!

Super chill diner with great food and a nice environment. I love the Chai tea lattes and the peanut butter granola wraps. The bagels are excellent and so are the sandwiches. WiFi access inside and on the back deck.

Read online about the best breakfast bagels and was not disappointed. They are phenomenal!!!!

UPDATE: Have been back multiple times and they have fixed the staffing issues. Customer service is great now! Thank you
Previous Review: Love the coffee; however every time I seem to order there they have to close early because of staffing :( Hoping that improves.

My 1st time here and I had such a great cup of dirty chai tea... It's really good.
