Their chai latte is like a warm hug, it is literally the BEST I have ever had! It can't even compare to Starbucks. Plus, I love the feel of this quaint little spot. A Nashville fave! :)

The food is good and so is the coffee--my only complaint is that the portions feel small for the price. They're often quite busy, but have done really well during quarantine in regards to taking care of staff and patron health.
Naysayers are just a bunch of Karens.

Great coffee house feel, very eclectic yet comfortable. Imaginative flavor combinations. The iced Cuban latte and Chilly Chai were delicious. Thanks for a great experience!

I drive through Nashville about once a year for work and always plan my stops around a trip to Sam and Zoe's. Their Fall drinks are amazing...Maple latte and S'mores latte are my favorite! Cute, Gilmore Girl-esque environment, friendly, knowledgeable staff... Highly recommend! Thanks and see you soon from FL! 😁👍🏻

SO SO GOOD!! Quick and easy, too. They offer dairy alternatives including almond milk, coconut milk, and oat milk. Their Honey Bee latte and cappuccino is beautifully delicious!

Great good and such a chill vibe. Loved the grasshopper mocha-perfect amount of flavoring! Perfect to sit outside and enjoy your choices.

Good coffee and tea variety, along with a large breakfast selection. I tried a bagel, which was very good. Parking is somewhat limited in this area, since part of their lot is shared with Baja Burrito, but I'll definitely visit again.

Friendly staff, great menu. My daughter and I stopped for breakfast after visiting the Nashville Flea Market. Service was a little flustered but friendly. Portions, for breakfast were quite large and the food was very fresh and prepared perfectly. The smoothies rounded out the meal.

Probably my favorite coffee shop in Nashville! Great little spot with yummy food options and great coffee. Also great service--always have a good experience here.

Unless you are in your twenties and weight less than 120 pounds, you will quickly figure out this place is not for you. Meaning, not only is the physical space tiny with no place to stand in line or move around, the service seems to be a privilege (that is if you get any at all). My first visit was to the drive through, which was very satisfying and pleasant. My second visit inside was an entirely different experience. Not only was I overcharged for an item that was included with the meal, the smarmy cashier argued with me about it, and then conferred with the other cashier. Then, both argued with me. It was clear by the menu that I was being overcharged. This was all during a busy lunch time with people waiting to order. It was embarrassing that I had to nearly demand the money back-- it was not offered. I am normally a pretty easy going person until poor service is delivered as if I asked for it. The reason this review rates Sam & Zoes with two stars and not one, are the cooks and the drive through. The food is quite tasty, but not worth another fifteen dollar lunch to me.
