A definite diamond in the rough. The coffee was quite good. I ordered the breakfast sandwich and, thanks to a previous reviewer, knew to ask about leaving the mustard off. The restaurant really needs to list all ingredients on the menu if for no other reasons than allergy safety and liability. The food was good and the atmosphere comfortable. The whole place gives off an old world vibe, but manages to do so without being pretentious. I found it odd that, as a coffee shop, it didn’t open until 9am. Overall, a nice place to stop by if you’re in the area.

The ambiance is amazing! Coffee is delicious! I have had their Fitzgerald, highly recommend, the one in this picture tho is the pepper mocha and that is also amazing! Great vibe! Love it! It’s relaxing and chill and great spot to get work done in a fancy elegant way! It’s my favorite spot!

This place was such a vibe! It was opened with the goal to get back to the roots of the original barista by serving coffee and other drinks. The vibes were none stop from the menu to the seating to the decor. I went with a “classic” vanilla caramel latte (so good!) and hubs had their house made signature vanilla cream soda which he loved. Its a place where you can get a little work done or simply just chill by the fireplace. Definitely a must visit when you’re in Nashville ☺️

Amazing drinks and atmosphere! Jules was wonderful, and the coffee flight was delicious. Came back in that night and the next morning for a proper Sazerac and Irish coffee, respectively. Walked into DJ Shadow bumping on the subwoofer, so I knew it was quality. Definitely suggest checking it out if you're in the area.

Great spot to work remotely or visit with a friend. It’s a quieter atmosphere which is perfect for a study break or for someone with a “traveling office”. We had the affogato, macchiato, and a muffin. I really love the true lounge vibe of this place. This is a great area to walk around and explore and Americano Lounge is a definite must for a coffee break.

My friends and I went tonight for the first time and it was incredible. There were only two men there and obviously at times were VERY busy but they were still so friendly and everything was wonderful. Loved every bit of it.

Excellent coffee and foods with a chill vibe. There are after hour events, jazz nights, and more. Check their social media to stay up to date! Coffee flights and cocktails are a must try.

I have been coming here several times a week since I moved to my place in February. However, this has been the first time I have been here for the poetry night. I was sitting until the line got a little shorter. I was outraged because the lines were so long, and I (as well as an African American man beside me with dreads) was told by one of the workers to get up and buy something or I can't sit there. I have never been treated like this ever in any establishment. It was a gentleman in a blue shirt checking people out. Meanwhile, the line has been wrapped around the door since I arrived. I then went to speak with him (Urbe) to clear some things up. He said he assumed I was with the black guy that had been there for a few hours. However, I had just walked in, and it was the only open seat which was beside him. I will be sure to let all my neighbors at my apartment know about this place.

Cute coffee shop the atmosphere waa laid back and relaxed. Comfy chairs and a couch. Tables with chairs for groups chatting. Thr staff was very friendly and easy to chat with. I ordered a hot coffee and when I heard my ne called I walked up and stated is that mine and the gentleman asked what were thinking it would look like and i stated what I thought it was. The staff stated we will remake it, since I thought I was getting a 12oz instead of a 3oz. Lesson learned. But definitely amazing coffee will be back. Rather support local then franchise. Thank you for being close to where I'm staying

Great cozy spot with old velvety furniture and relaxed atmosphere. Great for getting some work done or chatting with old friends. Attentive staff, great drink selection, and tucked away as all good things should be.
Parking is a doozy, but that's Nashville.
Can't say the food was my favorite part of the visit but that's not really to point of Americano. Get a coffee or a whiskey, or both! Enjoy the calm atmosphere (of course unless someone brought their dog that barks every 10 seconds and spills water everywhere 😉)
