I will say I visited this coffee shop during the weekend of the 3 Taylor Swift concerts, so it didn't surprise me when they were out of several items on the menu. All of downtown was insanity. That being said, the two staff members were kind and friendly. The green tea lemonade I ordered was great, and there was plenty of seating where I could sit, plug in my phone charger, and enjoy my drink! Maybe there's some growing pains since the place is newer, but for an easy rest stop in downtown Nashville, this place checks all the boxes!
Wonderful and friendly staff from the moment I walked in plus the menu was easy to chose from! This is Not like those other coffee shops, it’s so much BETTER! Thank you for making my family feel welcomed and for the delicious coffee and so much more!
This coffee shop is clearly still getting set up. Coffee is good. Downtown location is convenient. Some staff are friendly, some have like a "I don't really care" attitude. Online menu says there are hot breakfast options but there are none at the shop. They also don't know when/whether it'll be available. Food should be put in a box and or bag for to-go orders instead just wrapping it in aluminum foil and hand it to customers. Although this is a brand new business, the place feels a bit old. Some detail touches (cleaning, organizing, decorating) are definitely need to make it more welcoming. I didn't feel wow leaving the shop. I hope I will next time.
Management, Get rid of the weak link employees if you’re not good at training them. You know who they are. Pro tip: hire someone that’s worked in a coffee shop before. 1st visit- all employees looked visibly upset. Black coffee was room temp. Couldn’t get the most fundamental beverage correct.
2nd visit- cashier with blue hair was very polite and apologized when my order came out wrong. The person making the drink didn’t seem to care at all. I could tell the cashier was doing her best to hide her frustration. Maybe make her the manager?
Starbucks nas left downtown Nashville and the Gultch. Sad day for Starbuck’s fans …I see people walking in and walking out once they are told it is not Starbucks. Smiling employees, trained employees, and some music may help people adjust the brand change and feeling of having coffee at a funeral home
Staff was super unfriendly and barely made eye contact. Left and went to another coffee shop after being told none of the three baristas knew what a cortado was them making it very obvious they didn't care to know. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day, but I would not go back.

Really wanted to like this place but my coffee was burned and the staff was rude! So many other good coffee options in Nash.

The employees are so nice and welcoming. The salted caramel latte with oat milk is the best!
