Yummy discover while passing thru Knoxville. Staff is very friendly and informative. Baked goods are delicious! Items are comparably priced to other dedicated GF bakeries I've been too. Great selection!

Short version: FANTASTIC!
Long version: My sons are allergic to eggs, gluten, dairy, soy, corn, and nuts. We have never been able to have a bakery made treat for them, but my youngest was having a birthday, so I decided to look around one more time. I found Benefit Your Life from a Google search. I honestly didn't think we were going to find anything they could have, but I called anyway and the girl I talked to was really helpful and sweet and she suggested their chocolate cake with marshmallow icing. I really didn't know what to expect, because I've tried to bake things for them and it always ends up tasting like cardboard, but this cake was delicious! It was beautiful and rich and melt in your mouth. The people that worked there were all really kind and helpful and you could tell they really enjoy what they do. I could not be more pleased. I'll be using them for all our boys special occasions in the future. So, so, so excited!

Please sir, may I have another. This place is to die for (but not because of allergies). When looking for gluten-free and dairy free options you can be severally limited. Not here. The lemon bar is tart, the chocolate cupcake is chocolatey, but I believe the star of the show is the sticky, finger licking good, ooey gooey cinnamon rolls. If you don't show up that just means more for me lol.

Such a great cute and subtle breakfast joint! Be ready to be overwhelmed by choices and goodness! The prices are a little on the higher side for the amount that you get but they definitely make up for it in atmosphere, conversation and taste. Small businesses do have to succeed!

the store can be easily missed as it is in the corner of a very small shopping center. I frequent this area daily and I never knew it was here until I searched on Yelp. Enjoy the outdoor seating or indoors and you can definitely bring a friend or two or three for that matter. They do have vegan and vegetarian options so everyone can have a good time enjoy each other in food name we say...Eatmen!

I had an absolute fit trying to find the new location for this place... if you can’t find it, look for Empire Pizza in Kingston Pike. It’s behind there.

By the he time I arrived, I was irritated and ready to tell the owners off. But instead, they let me in (even though they weren’t open yet), apologized numerous times for all the confusion and set me up with the gluten-free products I desperately needed.

If you’re GF in the area, this place is definitely for you. They have a huge selection of not only gluten-free products, but allergen-friendly all around. They will custom bake items for you as well. Our kids always enjoy he goodies from Benefit Your Life, so I will keep coming back for them and because the owners are amazing. :)

It is so refreshing for my daughter, who has a gluten intolerance, to be able to walk into a bakery and order anything she wants. :-) Everything we've ever tired at Benefit Your Life has been absolutely delicious! Our favorites are the breakfast scones, doughnuts, biscuits, cinnamon rolls, everything is so yummy!!! We are so lucky to have a bakery like this in Knoxville!

This bakery is unique, nothing I've ever seen before. Anything I bought from veggie quiche, chicken salad sandwich, berry scone, apple coffee cake and etc. deserts - tastes amazing, delicious, fresh, real tasty. So the point is anything you buy you wouldn't be disappointed. I highly recommend to try this cozy, warm, place. Autumn flavors are in right now. So happy we have this type of bakery in Knoxville!

Fabulous selection, amazingly safe for people who need gluten free and very tasty food. Bought a giant box of pastry to share with my mom and loved every bite. The raspberry white chocolate scone and and Cherry pecan coffee cake were standout, but truly amazing. A must visit!!

Most delicious Biscuit sandwiches with real egg in them. Bought cinnamon rolls to bake at home after eating one in store. Got smoothies, pastry dough, and even GF Croutons!! I am a customer for life. Even my Dad who doesn't eat GF says his food was amazing.

We ordered a gluten free birthday cake for my dad (chocolate cake with white icing is his favorite) from here since I just recently got diagnosed with celiac disease. It was delicious and the entire family enjoyed! I can’t wait to come back and try the cafe items offered!
