The people were very friendly, the gluten-free cinnamon bun was great. Lots of options.

Love this place. I don't live in the area, but whenever I drive by the town this is my go to stop. I need gluten free and I can have anything in the store!! It's fun to see all the commerically available options- you know they've been vetted, sc the homemade options are ALL delicious! The staff are friendly and helpful.

So yummy!!! You food tasted fresh and homemade!! Highly recommend it. I will def go back anytime I'm in town. Their GF menuwas the best I've ever seen with all the sweet treats!

I loved everything I tried. They were out of everything but pimento cheese and tuna salad, so I chose tuna salad. Now, this bakery/cafe is completely gluten free. No outside food or drinks are allowed in so no cross contamination.

The sandwich was delicious. The dill they add made it better than any tuna salad EVER! These use veganaise but I couldn't tell. They give you small bottles of water to drink for free.

For my travels I purchased several items.

The chocolate covered cherry cupcake was delicious. Chocolate cupcake with cherry frosting.

The mixed berry scone was my favorite. I thought it might be dry, but it wasn't. It was moist and just delicious! They use coconut milk, which I love. I wish I bought more of these.

I also bought the coconut pie. A personal size pie that was so good, too.

I highly recommend eating here but go early, they run out quick!!!! Very nice people and they sell a lot of gluten free groceries!

My dad has celiac, and I found this amazing place just before Father's Day this year. The desserts looked just incredible, and I could tell from the customers in there that they are frequent customers, as they knew exactly what they wanted to order. In addition to amazing bakery case and fresh items, they also have frozen meals for purchase. While everything is GF, everything is also clearly labeled dairy free, vegan, or whatever else. The staff were very helpful and kind, even though it was a very busy morning the day before Father's Day. I will definitely visit again!!

Best gluten free bakery I have ever been to and I have been to many. I tried many of their products and everything tasted excellent like it was not gluten-free. The doughnuts; cinnamon roll; Texas cake; energy ball; etc all amazing.

Went there for something to eat for breakfast and was not disappointed.
Was greeted almost immediately by Genevieve. Got a couple different scones and they offered to heat them up. They were delicious and I know their breakfast sandwiches on Saturdays are amazing as well! Will continue to keep coming back

Fantastic gluten free egg free dairy free chocolate cake. Staff was so friendly and helped me accommodate my dietary needs. Would order this cake again and again!!!

I crave the cheese and sausage scones from here! Really neat to have a gluten free bakery and a place with vegan options available in Knoxville (obviously, I'm not vegan but I love the concept)!
