Worth the stop to check out all the shops.
This is my third Time stopping here, and the food today is not as good as it used to be. I got a ranch bacon chicken sandwich and it was okay but it was really expensive, 15.00. McDonald’s crispy chicken sandwich was much better and cheaper.
They are now just serving sandwiches & donuts and I think they used to serve regular dinners.
My recommendation is don’t eat here, but check out the shop, they are pretty cool.

My kid loves this place. We almost always stop here when passing on I-90. Lots of old pics to look through as well as places to eat, shop, and just hang out. 5 cent coffee is available. My dad had some and I asked how it was. "It tasted like five-cent coffee" was his reply. Overall, a fun place to take a break and see some things on a roadtrip.

We saw this place advertised 4 hours before we hit it. We never planned to go but after the many billboards we just wanted to see what all the hype was about. Cute little town and this place had everything!!! It was a nice stop.

Can’t cross South Dakota without stopping at Wall Drug Store! The signature dish at the cafe was excellent - roast beef, gravy, and mashed potosi sandwich. Lulu loved this stop because it was dog friendly!

I had to see this place after seeing all their ad signs posted along I-90. The one that caught my attention was the one that read, "Coffee for 5¢."

Apparently, this was once a small pharmacy that offered free ice water to visitors. Now, it's a complex that takes up nearly 2 blocks. The pharmacy is still there but it's also a cafe, western museum, art gallery, gift shop, ice cream shop, and playground. It's pretty amusing. Wall Drug is so big, I got the impression the town of Wall grew around Wall Drug.

I had the coffee and a slice of apple pie. It wasn't bad. They also have burgers, sandwiches, hot dog plates, and 4 different caked donuts. People really flock to the cafe and I heard it gets really busy in the summer.

It was a nice place to relax and walk around after visiting Badlands National Park. If I'm ever in the area again, I'd stop in for another cup of coffee.

We came for breakfast and thought how over priced it was for such a small breakfast selection. $13 for 2 eggs, toast, hash browns and bacon. $4 for 2 small hashbrowns. Guess they have to charge those prices for all those signs all over the highway.
The place itself is pretty cool. So much to look at.

Cafe specific.
Shrimp was ok. Fries are undercooked and wow what a lot of $$$ for what you get.z yuck yuck yuck. You pick up your own food and then have to walk through a swarm of people to pick up your food and walk back through this swarm... while national parks are going back to masks, I felt unsafe here regarding covid

Way too touristy- so if crowds and way over priced/bad food is your thing then eat here...
Just yuck

Also, asked questions about food from the people working here... no help and no excitement about the product. Just so disappointing

My kid said the donuts are "so so"

Wall Drug, Wall Drug, Wall Drug. Happened to find this little hidden gem while driving on the i90. I'm surprised they don't put any signs for hundreds of miles along the highway! This place needs to be known about! Super happy we decided to stop there. Lots of cool stuff, free ice water (!) and a great Western ambience.

Great little tourist retail series of shops to visit. You can literally get just about anything you might need or want while on your trip out west. It is a very large series of stores that are all interconnected from within. Just make sure you pay for items in the department in which you picked them up. It is worth stopping in to see what it is all about after seeing hundreds of signs along the interstate for a few hundred miles.

Yes it’s touristy, but one of those places that you’ve gotta just experience for yourself. They made me love cake donuts and I never thought I would. Wall Drug is an awesome example of beautifully simple marketing, and good quality. The family still runs the place and the food is good. You can even have your fortune told and ride a jackalope!
