Java Joint & Milkshake Parlor

A few years ago we went down to south dakota for some skiing. It was the first time in years that it was just me and my husband. We love coffee and decided to google local shops. We came across java joint and let me tell ya. Not only was the owner a stand up guy but the drinks were amazing. We will defenetly be coming back again the next time we are in the area.

Friendly staff, good milkshakes! Like the variety they have. I had Maple last year and loved it, pumpkin this year and love it also. We make our mark yearly here.

Absolutely fabulous place. We are here for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally by the way of Beaumont, Texas. This place is superbly cool. We will probably come back by here before we go back.

We went there with our kids and they loved the awesome malts and huge orders of nachos!!! They also have a fun atmosphere for teen kids complete with some video game counsols. Great prices and fun place!! Will be going back for sure ❤❤❤

Awesome place to go for ice cream in Lead, SD. Pull into the parking lot for the old ( I think, bowling alley?) And it's the door off to the left! Love the laid-back vibes and be sure to sign your name in the stair well.

Great atmosphere, awesome place to just sit down in front of a computer for many hours to get things done on a rainy day.

What a great addition to the community! The Java Joint has great food, coffee, and milkshakes AND an awesome selection of locally made art, jewelry, soaps, knitted items and other fun things. There are comfortable places to sit and visit or play a game of chess or read a book. Check it out!

A neat eclectic environment with lots of vintage bric a brac for decor, we came in just behind a group of about 10. Another group of four came in after us. They spaced our order and served the group of four that came in after us, and it took us about an hour to get three drinks. To make it up, they gave us a $5 coupon for our next visit. And the drinks (we had a smoothie and two shakes) were good when we finally got them. Not great ventilation during COVID19 for 20 people to be in such a small space, however and we'd hope they'd expand their seating outside for that reason in the future.

Java joint has a lot of different selections and I don’t normally go off my normal selections for drinks and such but tyke makes some good concoctions and sells them well. Never been disappointed love the atmosphere and the product
