Sunrise Bistro Summerville

Underwhelming food and service. First a 10 minute wait, when there was no one in the restaurant. I ordered a western omelot, that 20 minutes later came out looking like a tiny pizza. Very bland. It came with toast, which it didn't come out with the meal. I also ordered a side of turkey sausage, that also didn't come with the meal. My wife had a bacon cheese melt which she would have enjoyed, until she found two long hairs in the sandwich. This place is only 5 minutes from my home, yet it reminded me why I don't patron the place.

Staff was so friendly and they have an amazing self serve coffee selection. However, even though there were only two of us, the food took a really long time to get delivered. And came cold. Lukewarm breakfast was disappointing for the wait. Grits were heavy on salt and pepper. No intention of going back.

What an awesome find! This place is amazing, super spacious inside, LOVE the self serve coffee bar, everyone was super friendly, the portions were HUGE and all the food was delicious!!! Highly recommend!

My family and I LOVE going here for breakfast! We all enjoy the food, coffee and service! It's a Mom and Pop type of place which makes it a great place to eat! The coffee is unlimited, you can get your own cup as many times you want. They also have different flavor coffee so you can try something new each time. There's outdoor seating if you want to enjoy the outdoors. Sometimes you can catch live music being preformed here while eating. It can get pretty packed on the weekend so get here before the crowd does! Their food is so good and at an awesome price. I would try out this place if you are in the area!

Worst breakfast I’ve ever had. Terrible food, nothing is made in house and service was even worse. The servers are dressed like they walked in off the street, probably because they did. Red flag to see a restaurant is literally always hiring. The waitstaff is unprofessional, rolling silverware and sitting at a table directly next to other customers, and talking about their own personal drama. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant, even to someone I hated.

I got the crabby shrimp and grits. It was really good, as was the sweet tea. Super sweet waitress that was patient with my children. Kids portions were perfect for my 3 and 4 year old. So glad we made this our last stop before leaving Summerville to relocate.

Welcoming staff, fresh local food. Plenty of parking and large dinning room so you don't fell crowded, even when it's busy. Fresh roasted coffee in house!!!

My boyfriend and I love going to Sunrise Bistro! From the self serve coffee to the amazing food, this place is a great spot to wake up and get some quality nourishment.

Very good breakfast, if you love shrimp & grits, I definitely recommend getting them. They have four kinds and they're all good.

Stopped in for breakfast, service was good, waitress was very nice, food was alright for breakfast, good portions, but nothing notably over the top. On the plus side, they do have a serve yourself coffee bar with a variety of flavored coffees, but they are a bit slow at refilling the carafe's.
