Redhawk Coffee

Red Hawk coffee has made me understand why people love coffee shops. The friendly and knowledgeable staff and amazing quality drinks they make have given me a better understanding of coffee and the flavors I was failing to taste or acknowledge.
This location and any others they open should be looked into if you even have a passing desire for coffee.

Best Espresso in Pittsburgh. Baristas are well trained and pull great shots. Fantastic ownership and service. Reasonable prices for an amazing quality!

Being located right by Pitt''s campus made this place was your stereotypical college cafe. Girls were sitting in the window quizzing each other, a group of friends were gathered at a table working on a project all with their coffee gave this place it's unique vibe. My friends and I were not there to study but we would definitely come back and do so even though it's a little bit away from our campus. The menu was short but still had milk varieties and options for adding double or triple shots of expresso to guarantee you got what you wanted. It was only staffed by one guy at the time ( it's a small place) and he was super friendly and great at latte art!!

I loved the coffee quality and I love the kindness of the staffs who are working there. However, only one thing that I could not like was the space (too small).

With the odd, still, this place is definitely the to go place for having a good coffee, for chilling out, and having fun as a couple.

The coffee was only outdone by the barista, Michael. He was beyond friendly, helpful figuring out what to make for our kids so that we could enjoy our latte. It wasn't just with us though, we sat there for about 20 minutes and he was like this with every customer that came in. He was also very knowledgeable about the beans, roasting methods, etc. We're from out of town and sad we hadn't discovered this sooner as we went to a different coffee shop first that was ranked highly but was awful. Next time in Pittsburgh, it will be our first stop.

LOVE REDHAWK COFFEE! If you are in Oakland and are a coffee-lover, Redhawk Coffee is must for you. The staff there are so incredibly friendly! My favorite thing to get there is a mocha, either hot or iced. The chocolate milk they use in their mochas is to die for! Definitely my new favorite place for coffee

One of the best coffee shops in town, always with great roasts and coffee variety. They make great coffee and are nice about it. A little small so don't expect to come in and find lots of room to work/study.

Consistently my favorite go to coffee place in Oakland! Helpful and enthusiastic staff, cozy setting, and a great place for meeting people. I just wish there was more seating available. Oh and the drip is spectacular.

Incredible service and coffee. My sponsor was beautifully prepared and tasted excellent. I found the service to be the best part of the experience. They were both engaging and extremely competent. It is clear that the staff loved working here.

Good coffee with some nice outdoor picnic tables. This location was surrounded by many local businesses so offers great walk ability. My cortado was delicious!
