Tropical Restaurant & Bar

They were excellent. Last night my father was in from out of town. We decided we wanted to try something new.
Our party was 7+ my grandbaby. We had the nicest wait staff, and very professional.
The food was traditional Thai, with 5 spice level options. Everyone enjoyed their food, we are all vegetarians too, it was delicious.
This is now our new favorite Thai restaurant.
Very unassuming from the outside, once you step inside,.. great atmosphere. Way to make a first impression.

Good was good, but the place only had 2 other tables of people in the whole place, and they sat us right by a family with 2 small kids. Why!? To make it worse there was no music at all.

Reminds me of the Murray Head song, One night in Bangkok They have a reclining Buddha in every golden cloister. Waitress was kind of slow, but pleasant. Thai tea was good. Food was in the 13 to 16 dollar range. Portions were fair. Food was well prepared. Dumplings were plump and flavorful. Good spice level. Had the Spaghetti Kee Mao. Very flavorful and fresh. Overall pretty good.

Very slow service. Took a long time to place an order. Food was great however.

We almost drove away when the parking lot was empty and from the look of the building. But we are so glad we stayed. The food was amazing, and staff were wonderful. Will be recommending this place for Thai to my friends.

Best trout. They had a sign on the door saying they were short staffed, we couldn't tell. My water never went empty and I drink a lot.

If you want to have a beautiful view of Kathmandu and have a good food, this is the must visit place. Love the atmosphere and kind behaviour towards customers. You can come here for family gathering, friends birthday or any occasion. If you aren't lucky than we won't be able to see at the top view and enjoy the scenario. You get to see the elegant view of the KTM valley from this place. Food tastes great and the unique interior designs adds up beauty to this place.. and yea, music was little loud throughout so people might have some difficulty listening if they're planning to have some chitchat. Anyway, it's a cool place to hangout, and i definitely recommend it to give it a go

We ate here for the first time today, it was AMAZING! The food was delicious, I loved that I was able to pick my spicy level. Their corn cakes are TO DIE FOR! My vegan yellow curry fried rice was so good, the lunch portions are huge and even my hubby said, “I thought I was going to have to hit up Popeyes after this, but I am very pleasantly surprised and satisfied!” Thank you for an amazing birthday lunch, we will definitely be back.

This place was absolutely delicious. We did have a wait for food because we were there during normal lunch hour, but it was worth it. Waitstaff was friendly, very roomy non-cramped, Great portion sizes, very reasonable prices, and again I cannot stress how delicious the food was. Some of the best Asian food I have had, and this was my first time trying Thai food. Even though the prices are reasonable it does not feel like a "cheap" place to eat. I took an employment candidate there and it worked out great. Good place for business lunch or family dinner.

This is truly a hidden gem! Don't let the location or outside steer you away...this place is absolutely beautiful inside. They have a full bar and the menu is amazing. My party of five loved every dish...even one very strict vegan. Our server was attentive and very kind. Can't wait to go back!
