Dutch Bros Coffee

I tried the Golden Eagle Chai and it was delicious!! I don’t normally like the sweet drinks but I recommend that one. Basic coffee - I’ve gotten a hot Americana twice and both times it has been hot enough 🔥. Service is great! I didn’t go at a peak time so not sure about wait time issue. Love having a coffee spot on this side of town.

Maybe it's just this location bc the one on 15th is better in my opinion. They dont fill my drink to the top, and I get attitudes 2/3 of the time. I'll travel for better customer service. Spent $8 plus tip for a drink. I should have asked for a refund but I had been waiting for a while. The pic is from today. They said that's what the dri k looks like with light ice. I said I usually get light ice and it's filled to the top. The barista replied, oh.

Service times have catered after the initial opening. No longer has any drive thru attendants and only takes orders directly at the window. Had 4 cars in front of me and each took at least 5 minutes to be served. Much better off going to a QT down the road or finding a Scooters location nearby.

I love the Dutch Bros off of Harvard. The staff is always really friendly and they are always working hard to quickly turn over orders. I’ve never been a coffee drinker but I absolutely love the Rebel energy drinks here and the variety of flavors offered. My family loves the iced coffees and Dutch Freezes.

I love this place! Way better than Starbucks! The picture perfect is such a great way to start the day! I also gotta brag on Miss Maya. When she was taking my order I realized I left my wallet at home and she was kind enough to pay for my oder.. Thanks Maya

Me and my friend came by this morning and the girl working was absolutely wonderful and so kind. She made our coffees so good too! I’ll definitely be coming back!

Drink was great as always but it took me 38 minutes to get through drive through with like 10 cars. No one was out taking orders and the 2nd row had folks coming in last minute which made the wait forever. Really need workers taking orders to ensure they are in order. This is close to work for me but I can’t come here often if this wait is normal.

Okay, so the flavor is really good. However, ALMOST SEVEN DOLLARS FOR A HOT SMALL LAVENDER!!! LIKE...WHAT?!

And not just that, went to the one in Claremore, we waited in line for almost 35 minutes, trapped behind other cars waiting, before we were able to order.

And at this one today, I asked for my receipt, didn’t get it. I also got a med chai freeze, tastes great, but they didn’t give me a straw. I drove off before realizing both of those things. And the kid couldn’t even count change back. It was $7.14 so I gave him a $20 bill and $0.14 so I could get the change in cash. He just hands me $12.86 and acted impatient for me to leave.

First time customer and will be coming back. Great coffee , good price, and the guy taking orders was awesome with great energy. Everyone was having fun ,listening to music, and making coffee

The coffee is good but drive-thru takes entirely too long. I’m used to the 7 Brews in NW Arkansas and SW Missouri. They have you in and out in no time. I was stuck in line here for over 30 minutes.
