Had a wonderful time. Stopped in for ice cream with my whole family of 15 after walking through the Sapulpa Christmas Chute. Everyone had a great time. The ice cream was amazing, so many cool flavors to pick from and the atmosphere was awesome!

If I could rate 0 stars I would- this was genuinely the worst dining experience I have ever had. Made a reservation days in advance for us to eat here- noting as well that I was pregnant. We walked in and had to wait 10 minutes for a table to be prepared for. We sat down and was given 1 menu to share with my husband with no drink menu. We waited another 10 minutes for water and I had to ask for a drink menu. A server tried to bring food to our table which clearly wasn't ours because we still hadn't been greeted. I asked a manager if we could order our drinks and we ordered them but 15 minutes later they were nowhere to be found. Finally a server asked for our order, and then told us what we wanted and had came there for was out- at 7:30pm on a Saturday. We left. From the time we entered the restaurant to leaving it- was 40 minutes with nothing but water.
Here's the thing- I understand people are short staffed right now but reservations should always be a priority, especially if one is pregnant (noted in the reservation) and everyone around us was being serviced but us. Stop seating people if your staff cannot handle it. This was beyond disappointed as we drove 20 minutes out of the way to try this restaurant, booked a babysitter and was out $25 in a babysitter and tolls to have nothing at this restaurant but water.

I loved this place but just to provide a little feedback for improvement.
Price was comparable to many other restaurants. However, I ordered the plate that had a side of brocolli and only received 4 pieces of brocolli, so I'd recommend a little larger portions on sides, just my opinion but maybe this is okay with others.
The food was warm but not hot when I received it. Fine for me.
We had reservations and were immediately given a table, that was great!
Upon ordering, we were informed several things were unavailable. This was dissappointing but understandable due to supply issues. They also didn't have many sauce options for the chicken. It took around half an hour to receive our meals. This is fine, I feel like that's pretty comparable to a lot of places I've been.
Awesome location, beautiful inside. However, be careful at the front entrance if it's raining, there's tile and it could get slick. Restaurant may consider a solution for this if it is slick when raining.
Waitress was friendly. But I feel we could have been checked on more often, needed ketchup and refills, were given the check but she didn't return for a while after to collect payment, 5 to 10 min approx.
The ice cream bar was fun and prices were comparable.
Overall, I loved the location, right downtown In the middle of the Christmas Chute, my food was very tasty, I loved the environment, staff was friendly, and wait times weren't too bad. I would definitely recommend others check it out!

What an incredible place! I’ve been three or four times since they’ve been open both for lunch and dinner, hopefully I’ll be able to hit up the brunch here pretty soon. Everything I’ve tried has been amazing! But the real stand outs are the firebird chicken sandwich on their lunch menu and the succotash for dinner. They also have a huge selection of specialty ice cream and a top notch cocktail bar(ask about the among the willows)! They also have a full coffee bar and roast all their coffee in house!

First time going. We had 4 adults, 2 children. We forgot a festival was going on so obviously very busy. Made a reservation for 6:25. Upon arrival our table was not ready and was told maybe 30 min. We walked around and checked back in 30 min later. Still no table available. At 7:15, still no table. Someone was waiting next to us that had checked in after us and the manager apologized constantly and offered to get their drink order while they waited but no service to us. We noticed several names below us crossed off. Host misspoke an told us someone was friends with manager and got immediately seated. Finally seated at 7:30. Waited 10 min and no server acknowledged we were even there. Got up and left. I won’t be coming back anytime soon and won’t recommend to anyone for now. Poorly managed restaurant.

I think this place is relatively new which may explain why when I met my dear friend there for lunch Sunday the waitress told us they had nothing on the menu except a chicken sandwich or a cheeseburger, neither of which were anything new or different to rave about. Sooo disappointed. They had no lemons for the iced tea. We didn't have time to search for another restaurant so, we were stuck. The wait staff was very attentive, and very good but you knew they were really put on the spot with so little to serve. They should've just closed for the day. I've never had a restaurant, which had a great looking menu online, have only 2 items to serve it's customers. At first I thought they were joking!! It's a beautiful restaurant, if they just had food it'd be awesome.

Went for our first time. Our server was Gabby 2.0, and she was great! The food was incredible as well as the service and atmosphere. I would highly recommend this place.
