If i could give this place 0 stars, i would. Drove in from out of town hoping for a unique experience. The restaurant itself is very neat. We had reservations at 8pm for 4 people on a Wednesday night. 2 couples, separate checks. No one came to our table for at least 15 minutes. we finally put in our drink orders, great! another 15 minutes later we flagged down our waitress and had to put in our drink orders again, because someone lost them. We put our food order in at that time, waited about 10 more minutes and received some of our drinks? Mind you the restaurant was not very busy! We finally get our food (still haven't received all our drinks for 4 people) and we were all incredibly underwhelmed. I got the steak which was just ok, the broccolini was overcooked and cold, and everything was incredibly bland. You would think with only 7 entrees on the dinner menu to choose from, they would be perfected. At one point our waitress brought a drink to our table that wasn't ours, but ran off so fast we couldn't even tell her. We finally got our checks which were totally messed up, but we wanted to get out of there so we figured it out between us, and we were not given pens to sign our credit card receipts. Needless to say, we will not be returning.

Really cool place and great food. Love the different bar areas (coffee bar, alcohol bar, and dessert bar), the old woodwork of the bars makes you think you're up east or overseas in a pub. The decor is somewhat antique, but I love the tables, chairs, and dining wear. It's a must see!

It was a wonderful experience. The food was stellar and the employees were personable and helpful. I was given great recommendations by the staff for drinks and dessert. I felt like it was definitely worth the money. Great for a special occasion or date night.

The only thing that gets a star is the building, the food was horrible, my empanadas were cold in the middle, the “sirloin” steak tasted like it was a thick cut skirt steak, zero fat on it and absolutely no flavor, the gravy tasted like cornstarch and my friends mashed potatoes were cold and the consistency of my grandchild’s slime they play with. Not sure what all the hype is about because the food is horrible, limited menu, one chicken dish, one shrimp dish, one pork dish, one burger dish, and two steak dishes. We will definitely not be back. I really wanted to like this place but the food was terrible.

Their brunch food needs A-LOT of work. The chicken and waffles was basically two leggo waffles with one chicken tender that had a very thin layer of breading on it. The cheap kind of frozen chicken tender you get. A Blue and Gold sausage chicken tender would have been high end compared to this tender. It wasn’t the fried chicken you would think you get with chicken and waffles. And 1/2 cup of alright potatoes. Every meal at our table wasn’t good and we were not wowed.
Don’t go there for brunch. Avoid it.

The atmosphere is nice but Service, food and experience was terrible. We were there at 5pm when they opened for dinner service and they didn't have half of what was in the menu they were out. Spinach dip was cold! the people next to us had steaks and they weren't fit to ear. we waited 1 3/4 hour for our food and we had salads cause that's all they had worth eatting. waitress was horrible and didn't come to table to check anything and when we asked to speak to manager, she made excuses for their terrible food and service and really didn't care to do anything about it. Never go here to eat. The Christmas Chute was very pretty and the store windows were so beautiful.

Girl at the entrance was great. Waited about 20 minutes to be seated. Once seated, took about 45 minutes to get our order.
Ordered a grilled cheese sandwich with fries. All came somewhat cold.
Not very happy.

The waitress was pleasant and accommodating......... That's were the positives end
The Smash burger arrived with cold cheese
The "handcrafted" hot chocolate was nothing more than a packet of SWISS MISS in a mug.
Will not be back based on this experience.

I have eaten their twice. The first time was lunch. They were busy. I ordered tomato soup. It was good, but cold. I came back today to give them a second try. I was seated and no one came to wait on me and my mom. After 10 minutes we got up and left. We were The only ones in the restaurant. It was around 3pm. I won’t be back. It’s a beautiful restaurant, but that’s were it stops.

Food is good, and will be back with friends that will summarize a new review. Server a little distracted. For a 2 month old restaurant, there are more for the owners to learn. The jazz music is ok, but too loud and doesn't fit the motif for a small rural town. Do like the menus. They have a lot to work on, but overall ok. See them next time with a dinner and bar review.
