My husband and I walked past Crossroads cookery while walking the christmas Shute in Sapulpa on main. It was packed with people so we figured the food must be good. We finally decided to give Crossroads a try for dinner. It was really good! The food was delicious, the service was very friendly. They have a bar, a coffee bar and ice cream! You can go in for all or just one. They even have a little area to relax and sit, If you are around the area or are looking for something new to try this is defiantly a place to go! We will definitely be returning!

Slow service over priced small servings. Whoever cooks steaks has no clue what they are doing. If you want medium rare just ask them to bring it out raw and it might be right. As far as vegetables might as well bring your own because theirs definitely won't be cooked. This place will be out of business within a year

It was disappointing. I'm not a picky eater yet we sent a couple things back to the kitchen - mushy fried mushrooms; hard undercooked carrots that were still hard when re-served to us a bit later. The meat was OK but just nothing special. Definitely not worth a special trip or drive to visit.

We were there for happy hour. The burgers and fried mushrooms were awesome and the service was attentive.

Always have had a great meal and experience. With the deluge of crowds during the holiday season (Christmas Chute) they still have managed to present a fine dining establishment.

So I've wanted to see the Chute and heard about this place. Was skeptical because of the reviews, but gave it a shot anyways. We got the empanadas which me and my fiancée agreed they were really good, but for 9.00 it was just two small empanadas. I got steak and he got a cheeseburger. Steak had brown gravy or something that tasted like it on top. My potatoes were cold and didn't have the seasonings/parmesean like the menu says. The only thing we would go back for is drinks. They were priced right and the bartenders were great. After our meal we sat at the bar and finished our drinks. He even had another one. Server wasn't amazing for tableside. For the prices there are far better options around. I probably won't be back and wouldn't recommend.

They think that medium rare is well done. Way over priced for what they provide. Seems to be the thing to do in Sapulpa, overcharge for mediocrity. I'll give it another shot in 6 months.

This was the most disappointing restaurant experience I have ever had. My wife and I made reservations days out before coming to the restaurant this past Saturday night. Upon showing up at the stand it took 10 minutes for us to be received by staff and shown to our table, despite a reservation being made. Once seated, we watched countless other being seated and had drink orders taken without us even being welcomed by staff. The first time a waiter actually acknowledged us was when two meals were brought to our table that we did not order. It took another 5 minutes to get a drink menu, which we were told may or may not actually be the drink menu for the restaurant. The manager that evening came by our table and apologized for the lack of acknowledgment and took our drink order, only for another 15 minutes to perspire with no drinks brought to our table, as other tables, who were seated after us were brought there drinks. The final straw of the evening was our waitress who took our order only to inform us that they were out of that item, at 7:30pm, on a Saturday night. In total we were there for 40 minutes, had only a glass of water, and were barely acknowledged by the staff.

I get there is a short staff issue in many restaurants these days, and the Crossroads Cookery seems to have a similar issue. But on this night, the staff continued to seat tables they didn’t seem to have the capacity to serve. I’ve never walked out of a restaurant before due to absolute lack of acknowledgement or service. My wife and I were very much looking forward to eating here after hearing such great things on social media, but I cannot recommend for anyone to attend here if this type of inconsistency is what you can expect.

Smash burger is fantastic, and the drinks are phenomenal. Some growing pains to work out given they just opened, but nothing overly concerning. Can't wait for summer to come back so I can justify getting the ice cream again!

Edit: Tried the brussel sprouts on the appetizer menu for the evening. The best thing on the menu, they've got candied cranberries and bacon in them. 11/10, definitely a must get!

This place is very unique and a cool experience. They have their own alcohol bar, coffee bar, and ice cream bar. The inside reminds me of a restaurant you would find on Cherry Street or Brookside in Tulsa.

My only complaints are the consistency of the food. We had one of our friends daughter who ordered grilled cheese and it was completely black and burned on one side. The cook just flipped it over so we might only see the good side. We asked about this and they did replace it.

Also, we were also coming back from a college football game on October 22, 2022 around 8:00pm and nobody was answering the phones to make a reservation. This made us nervous because we thought others might be doing the same and we would have to wait hours, but we still decided to go. When I got there we were one of three groups in the place. There were over 10 people working and the female manager who was up at the front told us they were too busy to answer the phone. Seems strange since there were not a lot of people there that Saturday.
