The Ambiance is carefully curated to feel comfortable and modern. The Attendants were helpful, cheerful, and patient which I always appreciate. I had the ham and egg sandwich and it was delicious. My latte was also very high quality and the espresso shots were expertly pulled. I would definitely come back!
I loved all the details about this café. Somewhat a no thrills vibe but it had its on comfortable, inviting energy. All the options were unique and it was hard to choose from with all the interesting flavors of coffee. The service was speedy and super friendly. We ended our coffees, sitting outside, enjoying the ambience. We will definitely be back on our next trip into Raleigh.
I had a wonderful visit to Jubala’s new location in the North Hills area of Raleigh. This location is conveniently placed right off the common area near Midtown Green. All staff members were friendly and helpful, and I was very impressed with the customer service. My pour over coffee tasted great, and the presentation on a board with the carafe was impressive. Also, for $6, I got a pretty large amount of coffee. The biscuit was a wonderful fluffy consistency. It was not crumbly nor flakey. As an Appalachian, I felt I needed to get mine with apple butter, and it tasted great. However, the real star of the show was the waffle. It is made with dough instead of batter, and this gives it a texture which is difficult to describe…but the taste was wonderful! For being there on a Sunday morning (during the opening week) there was a lot of foot traffic in and out, and everyone seemed very pleased. Personally, I look forward to visiting again and trying more menu items. Jubala is a great asset to this neighborhood.
This Jubala is amazing, absolutely awesome. I wish i could give 10 stars. We came on Saturday and the shop was busy but everything came out incredible. Highly recommend the bacon egg and cheese biscuit, spicy potatoes and the cinnamon apple waffle. All delicious. And the staff was super friendly and just seemed happy to be there. The whole experience was very refreshing after trying other coffee shops in the area where you’re not met with a friendly staff and the food can be lackluster. Jubala rocks. Will def be back!
Lots of attention to detail and style at this new Jubala. It's wonderful to see this brand flourish in the Triangle market. Clearly Raleigh has supported Jubala, and for good reason; the coffee is great and the atmosphere is cool. I highly recommend them!
The vanilla latte was great! However, if you’re planning to go get coffee with your significant other with the intention of having a deep, meaningful conversation, I’d probably say pick a different location. This place usually stays packed, and you may end up sitting at a table with 6 other people having their own conversations. You may even find yourself answering their questions instead of the person you came with. 🥴 Anyways, great coffee. Not so great atmosphere.
I love checking out coffee shops as a fun thing to do when I’m not working. I’ve been to about every one in the Raleigh area and this place hits different. Consistently silky textured drinks, amazing food. Love the Nutella banana waffle, biscuit sandwiches and the turkey avo sandwich is probably the best I’ve had in my life. No exaggeration. The staff are always friendly, feel bad for them cause you can tell it’s nonstop from the amount of people that are there any given time. But despite that, they are so kind. If you want to find a place to sit, go before 9am as it gets extremely busy. They play great music too.
I think they have changed their recipe for the waffles. They are much, much dryer than they have been in the past, and they seem to be putting less fruit in them as well. More caramelized on the outside as well. Now they seem to need some type of syrup, in the last 5 years I’ve been wasting there, I’ve never thought that until the last few months. Biscuits and that almond latte are still🤘🏻🤘🏻 IG: @justtinker
The North Hills Jubala is my local coffee shop, and my wife and I walk there for coffee at least once a week. The space is wonderful (if a bit light on outlets), the staff are awesome, and the food is way better than a coffee shop needs to have.
When it comes to the coffee, Jubala (at least this shop) must be training the heck out of their baristas. They serve Raleigh’s own Black & White coffee, and dare I say, they brew it better than the folks at the B&W shop. I’ve never had a disappointing pour over or seasonal drink, and my Saturday morning cortados taste so far beyond how good I thought a cortado could taste. Thankfully, they also stock fresh beans from B&W, so when I run out at home, I can just waltz over to Jubala rather than having to drive downtown or order online.
For my local, walking-distance shop, I am so fortunately spoiled!

Fantastic coffee with great service.
A server at this place also had a recommendation for “Noodle Boulevard” of which is one of the best Ramen places I’ve ever been to.
