Long time Jubala fan, although, consistently I’ve have had less then impressive experiences at this location. The quality of coffee seems to be sour/under extracted, I’d love to see counter culture return.

I'm so glad this location exists! I've been to the Lafayette Village location a lot and was so excited to see this one open closer to home. The biscuits are to die for. I'm picky about my coffee and don't like a lot of places. However, I love the vanilla lattes here. I haven't tried any other drinks yet because I love the vanilla lattes too much to branch out. There's a decent amount of seats inside but it can fill up quickly. You'll see a variety of people working on laptops, reading, and hanging out and talking. This is my new favorite coffee spot- I kind of hope it doesn't get too popular (;

The coffee here is very good. I had the steel cut oatmeal with bananas and walnuts and it was delicious.

I'm a particular fan of the placement of the cafe. Having the local park directly across the street makes for a lovely Sunday afternoon with Jubala coffee in hand.

Overpriced for a small size, I wasn't too impressed with the quality. Long wait for online orders (only 2 small items), rude staff. I don't expect them to wear masks however, they prepare sandwiches, etc. with no gloves, no hats/hair nets, matter of fact, ALL the female staff have loose hair in front of their shoulders which they touch a lot and flip about. No frequent hand washing to make up for no gloves. Cashier sips her coffee right in front of customers then coughs too much. Management has no rules for staff, way too laid back. Won't be good for inspection time or secret shoppers. Disappointing..

I’d heard rave reviews of Jubala and wanted to check it out. Headed over around noon on a Sunday. Oat milk latte was just ok and the wait was really long (like absurd, 10-15 minutes for a latte), but I’d be willing to come back again and try the food!

Amazing food, amazing service! I did not like my food on the first try and they were happy to make me something else. Speak up and they will make it right!! Thank you, Juabala.

This place really surprised me! I felt like I was at home in a Seattle coffee shop but I was actually....in North Hills shopping center? Great vibe and good coffee.

I ordered an iced mocha with whole milk, and it was delicious. I like that they use a dark chocolate for their mochas, and the espresso was smooth and delicious. I’ve already bragged to my husband that I just found his new favorite iced mocha.
The ambiance of the shop was not for me, though. Music was too loud, and I am not a huge fan of the light wood/bright yellow minimalist style that seems to be an emerging trope for coffee shop concepts. I didn’t find it inviting or welcoming. The shop was quite busy, though, so others like that style.

Food and coffee is great. It is extremely loud inside and outside. Don’t come here to try to work as their internet drops a lot.
