I started to give only one star but because the young lady who took my order on tonight was so sweet I gave it two stars! The two workers who was preparing the donuts was completely unprofessional! They was playing and joking around while customers was waiting on their food! They had four orders to complete (including my own) and they took their time playing around! I have never seen employees playing like children in the work place! Something has to be done!

I really like this place. I mean, I went twice in 1 week. First time I didn't get any donuts but I tried my daughter's and liked it so I wanted my own. Went in to try the donut with the pecans and come to find out there's an extra charge. I told the lady that's like charging extra for whip cream on the latte or extra for all the toppings for that matter. I guess because they're in for the season, so hopefully they're fresh since it's an additional $.50. Other than that, seems like a nice place. I think I really like the fact that the donuts are fresh and you can watch them being made.

Donuts are great, coffee is always luke warm at best.

I am from out of town and was really excited to try the donuts. I don’t normally post reviews and definitely not negative ones but the girl at the counter giving out the coffee was rude. I ordered a large salted caramel cappuccino which cost $4.80 and got half of the cup filled with nothing but foam. My boyfriend ordered the same thing and got what you would expect. He politely asked if she could just fill it up a little more with coffee and she was reluctant to help. When she did finally agree there was a little more FOAM added to it but still remained half full.

The donuts were amazing, but the coffee was absolutely awful. My sister, boyfriend, and I had different flavors and they were all way too sweet, like they put way too much flavoring syrup in there. I like my coffee sweet, but you couldn't even tell this was supposed to be coffee. I ended up just throwing it away after a couple of sips. Maybe the plain coffee is good? Would definitely get the donuts again though!

Just left this place. Been coming here for a few years and today was the worst experience I’ve had here. I brought my brother who flew from Texas to show him how good this place was. We walked in and the guy working told us to put masks on. I asked him if they had some to give us because if a establishment requires you to wear a mask they have to give you one, he said no and kicked us out. We went and got some masks because I love the donuts and when we came back and ordered, the donuts looked terrible. Literally the worst costumer service and looking donuts I’ve ever got from here. Don’t think I’ll be coming back here for a while.

Arrived this morning with my mother for just two shakes. While we sat and waited for them, I had the experience of watching two workers argue over who was gonna make someones order, then watched the person who was making our order stop to join in on their conversation. Noticed that those workers saw that I was looking at them and started talking about me. I got up and demanded my refund. Which no one working there had a clue on how to do a refund, they had to call I assume their manager to issue one. That's a darn shame that your customers had to hear the commotion going on, what was clearly very unprofessional. And that they were left not fully capable of doing their job.

Doughnuts were good but more flavored/consistency of a funnel cake. Some were a little too sweet but some were perfect. Made fresh after you order.

Usually I split my review in two. But Duck Donuts has qualities that meld into each other. Something of quality will always maintain something to maintain quality. Sounds confusing, but in the end Duck Donuts have not only a clean facility but 'clean' delicious and quality donuts.
If you haven't been here before, this place makes specialty donuts. They are very delicious and made fresh. The icing melts on the dessert because it's still hot from being made. It's a bit pricey I'll admit, but the price is worth it. Lastly, they have discounted donuts for different days:
Monday is Military
First Responders get a general discount
Wednesday is students/university (Dont quote me)
Friday is dog day (Free donuts for your dog pal)
Not bad overall. Solid five for me. And if you encounter something, their customer service is amazing.

Freaking ridiculous. I love Duck Donuts, the donuts are fantastic. But I waited 20 MINUTES for a 1/2 dozen - 3 powdered sugar, 3 cinnamon sugar. Yes the people before me ordered a dozen with various toppings and there was one order before them for a donut sundae. But that's not why it took so long. It took so long because out of the 5 employees I saw in the store, 4 of them were at the registers for the vast majority of the time just standing there talking, leaving one guy to not only make the donuts but complete the orders. There was no reason for it. Finally one girl put on gloves and helped with the order in front of me, but then she started refilling the glaze containers instead of going ahead and completing my simple order. By the time I got my donuts they were luke warm, and I had seen them come out of the fryer. No idea which one was the manager. To the one guy who was working his butt off: sorry you have lousy coworkers.
