Duck Donuts

I LOVE donuts!!!! But I was not impressed with what I got from duck donuts. Me & my son got a dozen assorted & I have to say that while the donuts looked & smelled amazing, the taste left us disappointed. The donuts themselves had very little flavor. The only flavor came from the toppings. Employees were very nice but I'll take Dunkin or Krispy Kreme any day.

Duck donuts are amazing. I have to literally run from this place. I go every two weeks and my favorite is the boardwalk. It’s like a fried Oreo & then I add a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

This place is slow, the one girl behind the register didn't even acknowledge that we were standing there to order... Had to wait 10min. to place a order for 12 donuts then had to wait 20 min. to get them....if my order number is 80, how is 84 and 87 walking out of the door before me and we all ordered donuts...$14.95 for a dozen of donuts with a 30min. wait is ridiculous. Y'all need to get it together. I will never visit this location again.

Great donuts. Worst coffee and terrible customer service. They reported a post on my page (I tagged them) as inappropriate on Facebook, because I said the donuts were good and the coffee wasn't. That's all I said...but now I'd like to add it was luke warm, weak and tasted mostly of artificial vanilla. The appropriate response to this would have been to reach out, not reporting it to Facebook.

Best donuts hands down and made fresh to order

I chose Duck Donuts over the competition two doors down to try for the first time, and I was disappointed. I gave it 3 stars because the donuts were great and the wait time wasn't long for them. But I ordered a butterpecan cappuccino and it was lukewarm, basically disgustingly warm. They reheated it twice for me but it just got worse. The last time it seemed to have gotten colder and tasted like water. It was disgusting. If I order coffee, cappuccino or any normally hot beverage, I expect it to be hot. I had people waiting on me so I told them never mind after the 3rd try. And the cold watery taste ruined the taste of the delicious donut I had just eaten. It made me sick on the stomach. Truly disappointed, won't try it again. But hey, their donuts were good.

This is a great place! I love it. You go in and pick up an ordering slip. On this slip you mark what toppings you want. Glaze, sprinkles, drizzle. My all time favorite is: maple glaze with bacon sprinkled on top with a salted caramel drizzle. But that is just my favorite and there is so many more choices.

Oh did I fail to mention that the donuts are made to order right there in front of you. You can watch the process from start to finish. When you fill out tie order form you put how many donuts you want on the top. When your order forms gets to the first station your donuts are made right then.

If you pass this place up then you are missing a real treat.

You can order ahead and pick up as well which makes it easy because sometimes they get really busy.

Donut tasted great. They are nice amd warm when you get them. The employees are really friendly and patient. It was my first time going there and I had no cue which donut I wanted. I was not rushed or felt as though I was wasting anyones time. They were all upbeat and had energy (at 7pm at night) which is rare to see nowadays. I will be going back for sure
