Duck Donuts

Came today to get donuts and milkshakes. Despite there being a steady flow of customers the staff was upbeat, friendly and professional. Also our milkshakes made by Louie were delicious! We really appreciated the staff today.

I've always heard good things about duck donuts, and I've tried it once from a friend who has got some and brought home. Well tonight oi decided to go try it for myself. I went in and it was around 9:00 p.m and the sign said they close at 11:00 p.m. I tried ordering a dozen of donuts and they refused to make a dozen while being very rude about it. So I just ordered 2 donuts just to not make a scene. Then the lady behind ordered a half of a dozen with no problem and got her donuts before I got mine. I'll just stick to Krispy Kreme from now on

Customer service was great! Donuts were delicious! Each truly are made to order and right where you can see. The kids enjoyed watching. We had a couple people ahead of us so we did have to wait a little but it wasn’t bad at all.

My dad who I haven't seen in a decade came back from getting cigarettes after eating a duck donut. 10/10 recommend, life-changing enchanted rings of dough served here.

Pretty novel idea, make donuts even better. 5 of us had donut sundaes and they were fantastic. Not too sweet either. Maybe a little pricey, but eh.... I'll still give them 4 stars.

The individual that made our donuts used the same gloves for a lot of other donuts. So our donuts were not what we ordered. Chocolate on maple donuts, bacon on chocolate and peanut butter donuts. Would like to eat what we ordered and not a random donut with all these other products on them that do not belong with that specific donut.

We went here after dinner for some of the members of our group to try this out. If we could leave less than one star we would. We walked in and the place was really dirty. When we went to order the cashier told us that they didn’t have a particular donut that one of us wanted and they didn’t have any coffee made and couldn’t sell us coffee. When we finished ordering and paid another customer came in and ordered the same donut that we were told they couldn’t make. Then when the donuts came out the staff said that we couldn’t eat inside because the dinning room was closed. Not because of COVID or anything else but because the staff had “already cleaned” the seating area and didn’t want to re-clean it later. The door said they closed at 10pm and it was 7:15pm when we came in and ordered. The staff was very disrespectful. I guess the only bright spot was that the donuts were hot.

First time here after hearing so much about this place. Came in at 9pm and it was jammed packed. Ladies were super nice and even helped me out since it was my first time. The cashier had to delete my order and re do it just to get me a better deal. Now that’s what I call customer service. Donuts were awesome also. Best donuts I have had and I truly was in denial of something being better than Krispy Kreme until tonight.

Newly opened. I can here to try this new idea where you can create your own donuts and they make them to order. First off. Lovely clean store. The staff is funny and very friendly. The donuts are sooooo soft and fluffy and sweet and melt in your mouth.

I definitely recommend!

It's so good. It was my family's first time here and everything we ordered was delicious. It was 100°+ today so we had ours as sundaes and it was perfect 🥰 Definitely going back again to try the other flavors
