Duck Donuts

Manger Samantha B is very unprofessional and does not know how to talk to her employees the right way and if need notes for anything serious she gets a attitude with people So I’m not happy with this place they need a better manager who know how to talk to people

The donuts were fabulous! The staff was very friendly and we are sure to come back. The maple bacon and blueberry are my favorites.

I just love Duck Donuts! It's one of the things I look forward to when I head south. Their donuts are always perfectly crispy and fresh. They must be enjoyed warm since they're significantly better that way. The store employees were nice but it was a little crowded.

Best doughnuts ever but someone needs to explain to the owner that COVID is over and his employees wearing masks is just plain silly

You have a lot of options here with flavors. The staff is nice and work as fast as they can. The donuts are IMO, a cakey donut but the good kind! They are delicious!!

The maple bacon donuts were amazing! Actually all the ones I tried were so good and warm

The nastiest donuts I ever had! Samantha took several families orders before acknowledging mines. When I got my donuts there was a roach egg inside . Yuck !!! Disgusting will be reporting!

Few things in life are better than hot and fresh donuts

• First time going here. Not sure what ALL the hype was about. I like to try new things and but I'll pass on coming back here.

Donuts couldn't be ordered online despite it being 45mins before closing, so we finished driving to the building and ordered inside and the entire process took 40mins - 10mins just to place place order despite being 2nd in line then another 30mins to get the donuts, and the order wasn't at all what my husband and I asked for.
Other customers literally asked if they forgot about us, probably because even they noticed every customer who was there when we arrived and those who came afterwards had their order completed and left before we were called.
Mens and women's bathrooms were dirty (mens dirty per husband, womens had an overflowing trash can, the toilet is not attached to floor so be careful when you sit down, and the lighting is terrible but you could tell the surfaces weren't very clean)
When receiving our donut order, our milkshakes were done at the same time - employee called number 3x in the time it took to get from being seated at a table to standing at the counter, then the employee immediately walked away as soon as I got up there to do other things.
Older white lady seemed to be doing all the work while the other 4 ladies stood around looking clueless - she deserves a raise for keeping that place running singlehandedly.
