Duck Donuts

Excellent donuts. But they take way too long when they are busy, I have left this place twice previously because no donut is worth waiting 30 minutes for.

Delicious. Every time I pick my order, it’s extremely fresh and amazing. I love the seasonal options.

Never disappointed! We have become accustomed to making Duck Donuts our snack fix place!

Busy, but fast service. I love that you get to custom pick your donuts and have them made right in front of you. Great idea, especially if you like to mix it up. The donuts taste delicious!

The donuts came want and soft and quick. She took a long time making my drink. And they are really expensive and I only had 4 bare donuts and a drink. They seemed sad also. I would have been better off getting Krispy Kreme and my drink from a gas station. But you have to try everything once and I did and that was my last time going there.

I’m a returning customer, so this isn’t the first time I’ve ordered here. The donuts are great, but the customer service is bad. Tonight we ordered at exactly 6:37pm and was told my order would be ready at 7:13pm. I arrive at about 7:25pm and ask the lady about whether the order was ready and one lady with pink hair just ignored me and walked away. The other worker said “she hasn’t started my donuts and that they were busy” I could see that and I totally understood. I was just genuinely asking because my order stated 7:13pm. Afterwards, I asked, “do you know about how long it may take?” I didn’t realize it was a crime to ask that since it was already 45 min since I made the order. I felt targeted because they proceeded to make other customers donuts before mine. I asked a girl waiting when she order and she said 30 min ago and she got hers before mine. When they finally got to mine, they made comments that I could sit there mad for 2 hours and that I shouldn’t “come in here asking when my order will be ready” I understand places are short staffed, but when workers are intentionally being rude and aggressive towards customers, something needs to be addressed. Hiring managers need to evaluate the kind of workers they are hiring. In the end, I said thank you and took my food. I won’t be ordering again.

They made the order fast and all the donuts looked absolutely delicious and they were scrumptious 😋 if I could I'd rate it a 12 star

I have been hearing about Duck Donuts for awhile, this morning at about 9:45 am finally went in. WOW... got the chocolate covered assortment, Its like “Art in a Box”. Gotta admit, couldn’t wait to get home so I had one in the car. Warm, soft and delicious , I’ve found the BEST thing about NC. Heaven in a box. Thank you DD

Wow. I got two flavored coffees and 6 pack of donuts. Everything was great. MADE TO ORDER . workers are awesome to!
