Beyu Caffè

First time visiting here I found out that there was a live jazz band playing and me and some friends brought tickets...I'm so glad we did being over 40 it's amazing to see a place bring back the lounge and live music, the food was great especially the wings they had the perfect amount of seasoning, as a lover of fried green tomatoes though good I would have love more pimento cheese it was a very small amount between the tomatoes. The music was simply amazing, I know they have 2 shows, just wish our ticket brought more time to hear the band. Overall awesome experience and I'll for sure be back.

Great coffee shop in the am. The music and vibe are perfect. Amazing waitstaff. The food was perfectly cooked and the Mexican cappuccino I've gone back to order two times just passing through. I love this place and look forward to going to one of the live music shows they present in the evening.

It was a nice breakfast spot, the French Toast and wings were perfectly crispy and tasty. They forgot my cheese for my grits and the waiter left while we were eating. He did mention someone will take over but we had to hunt them down to pay. So I never got my cheese. The price wasn't horrible for breakfast, I will be there again to give them another chance on a more complicated dish 😋

Their food was amazing and small dishes not too big. However,their shrimp grits was Ok! Their coffee was ok too.

Giving three stars only because the service was ridiculously slow. We were seated promptly without a wait on a Sunday morning a little after 9. Staff was great but I’m not sure if our server forgot our food or what because the other tables that were seated after us got food before we did, and we were just a party of two. Our server didn’t come to check on us or even apologize that our food was taking so long. After an hour, another server came and apologized for the wait and went to check on our food, which was apparently just sitting in the kitchen because he brought it right out to us. The food was tasty as usual, but it took an hour to get our food and the place wasn’t packed at all. They did comp our coffees, which I appreciate, but I rather have my food in a reasonable amount of time and better communication from my server.

I frequent this establishment with my boyfriend for brunch and it's always amazing. Great food, great coffee, great prices, great staff, great music, great vibes. This past Sunday (New Years Day) the restaurant was obviously short-staffed. There were two servers greeting/seating customers, waiting and bussing tables for the entire restaurant. Darius (our server) handled himself with such grace, I just had to leave a review singing his praises. I've worked in restaurants and it's easy to let your customers see your frustration when you are picking up the slack for coworkers that call out. Darius was hustling and managed to stay professional, efficient, and polite throughout our time there. Thank you so much for being exceptional, Darius, we really appreciated it.

Great atmosphere, great coffee, and even better food. Try the avocado toast and shrimp & grits! The chief stopped by the table and was very personable! We enjoyed meeting you Mr. Francois and we’ll be back soon!

Consistently delicious food and the best coffee drinks around. I had the shrimp quinoa bowl today and my co worker had a southwestern salad and both were phenomenal, but their shrimp and grits, fruit and dip, and all other items are amazing too! Give them a try and enjoy take out or dine in with their easy going atmosphere. Someone from our office walks there at least once a week!

Food was excellent! Lost a star due to really slow service. We expected to be slow because they were very busy. But we watched as all the people seated around the same time as us got their food finished and left and we have still had not received our food. Tables who arrived well after us received their food before we did. Then it took 20 minutes to get a couple of coffee orders to go. If you have time for the wait the quality is excellent.

I've actually been here numerous times and I'm surprised I haven't posted a review yet. For those who have never been you will be hard pressed to find not only some very unique coffee but also a full service kitchen that operates at this level of quality. Breakfast being my favorite meal I will say this is one of my favorite places to grab a bite in the morning. If you haven't tried their peanut butter coffee yet you are missing out on an experience 😋
